【摘要】 “生态文明”作为中国现代化发展过程中形成的文明理念，是马克思恩格斯生态文明思想中国化的理论表达，也是中国社会经济发展中必须着力解决的迫切问题。面对建设国家的历史任务和经济发展中出现的诸多生态问题，毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛、习近平等共产党人以马克思主义生态思想为指导，汲取中国传统文化中的生态智慧，积极借鉴西方生态马克思主义的理论观点，立足国情、深入探索，形成了独具特色的中国化马克思主义生态文明建设思想。当前，中国化马克思主义生态文明建设思想从萌芽到确立、深入共经历了五个阶段，毛泽东、邓小平、江泽民、胡锦涛以及以习近平为核心的党的第五代领导集体坚持立足国情、循序渐进、体现全球意识，以辩证的生态自然观、科学的生态发展观以及理性的生态科技观为内在逻辑，在不同阶段都提出了具有鲜明特色的生态文明建设思想，形成了“统筹兼顾、适当安排”的方针、确立了“计划生育”和“环境保护”基本国策、提出了“三个代表”重要思想并明确了可持续发展战略、提出“可持续发展观”并大力进行生态文明建设，确立了中国特色社会主义生态文明建设在“五位一体”总布局中的重要地位。中国化马克思主义生态文明建设思想不仅继承发展了对马克思主义的生态思想和社会发展理论，而且充实与完善了中国特色社会主义理论体系，构成人类生态文明思想中不可或缺的有机组成部分，具有重要理论意义。更重要的是，中国化马克思主义生态文明建设思想不仅对中国特色社会主义生态文明建设具有重要实践指导意义，而且对于促进改善全球环境，为发达国家和发展中国家分别提供了宝贵的经验借鉴。更多还原

【Abstract】 As the concept of civilization，"Ecological civilization" is formed during the process ofChina’s modernization，it’s the Chinese expression of Marx and Engels thought of the theory，also it is the urgent problem that must be solved during Chinese social and economicdevelopment. As we all know，China’s nation-building and economic development in the historyhad bring many ecological problems. Facing with these problems，Mao Zedong，Deng Xiaoping，Jiang Zemin，Hu Jintao，Xi Jinping and other communists had made great efforts to deal withthese tough problems. They followed the guidance of Marx’s ecological ideas，and learned theecological wisdom in Chinese traditional culture，also，they found the useful part of the WesternEcological Marxist theoretical and learned from it. Based on the national conditions，they madein-depth exploration，finally，they build the formation of a unique Chinese Marxist ideology ofecological civilization construction.Currently，the Chinese Marxism ecological civilization has pass five stages from birth toestablish and develop，Mao Zedong， Deng Xiaoping，Jiang Zemin，Hu Jintao and the party’sfifth generation of collective leadership at the core of Xi Jinping based on national conditions，step by step，reflecting global awareness，all put forward different ecological civilization withdistinct characteristics，forming a policy of "balanced，appropriate arrangements" and establisheda "family planning" and "environmental protection" basic national policy，proposed the "ThreeRepresents "Thought and clearly the strategy of sustainable development， put forward" conceptof sustainable development "and to vigorously pursue the ecological civilization construction，clearly make sure of the important role of the construction of ecological civilization socialismwith Chinese characteristics in the" five in one "important role in the overall layout. ChineseMarxist ideological construction of ecological civilization is not only inherit Marxism，and alsodevelop it，and theory of building socialism with Chinese characteristics is an indispensable partof the system has important theoretical significance. At the same time，Chinese Marxistideological construction of ecological civilization make the Communist Party of China beyonditself step by step， and highlighting the superiority of the socialist system，it has far-reachingsignificance. More importantly，the Chinese Marxist ideological construction of ecologicalcivilization has important practical significance not only for the construction of socialism withChinese characteristics and ecological civilization，but also for the global ecological civilizationconstruction practice，especially social and ecological building in developing countries hasimportant reference value.更多还原
