基于发动机喷雾试验台的测控系统设计与仿真

【摘要】 如何节省燃油,降低尾气排放成为发动机研究领域中需要继续解决的问题,因此对燃料雾化质量的研究至关重要。为研究喷油规律和燃烧质量,需对影响喷雾质量的因素做进一步的研究,选择的喷雾粒子图像成为研究雾化质量的关键。为此,本文设计一套基于发动机喷雾试验台的仿真测控系统。本文依据喷雾试验台的现有条件,以直接测量法为原型,分析发动机喷雾试验台的总体情况,借助电子技术、传感器技术以及信号处理技术设计与机械运动部分相匹配的基于发动机喷雾试验台的仿真测控系统。所做工作主要有:对喷雾机理、测量方法和评价指标进行分析说明,结合喷雾试验台现有条件,提出一款基于发动机喷雾试验台功能较为完整的测控系统设计思路;确定基于发动机喷雾试验台的测控系统的总体设计方案,其中包括机械运动部分的原理介绍。通过对微处理器、传感器的选型完成控制系统的核心处理单元和信号采集传感器选型工作;利用Altium Designer Summer09对试验台需要采集的温湿度、环境背压、电机转速测量模块完成硬件电路设计,对喷油驱动和相机拍照驱动进行硬件电路的设计工作,并且完成整体硬件电路原理图设计;利用仿真软件Proteus完成仿真电路原理图设计,利用Keil软件进行测控系统程序设计,通过二者联合仿真,实现基于发动机喷雾试验台的测控系统仿真效果。本设计系统优势之处:减少人工测量的繁重工作量,提高获取喷雾粒子图像的效率,能够自动获取试验台温湿度、环境背压以及影响喷油压力的电机转速数据。同时,通过利用仿真软件的设计方法,在调试阶段无须多次购买元器件及制作电路,节省设计时间与经费,提高设计效率与质量,降低开发成本。

【Abstract】 How to save fuel, in the research field of the engine reduce the exhaust emissionscontinue should be solved, so it is important to study the fuel atomization quality. In order tostudy the law of injection and combustion quality, and we need to research on the factorsinfluencing the quality of spray, spray particle picture good atomization quality becomes thekey of research. Therefore, this paper designed a system based on the measuring system ofengine spray test bench.Based on the existing conditions of spray laboratory, with direct measurement method asthe prototype, analysis of overall condition of engine spray test bench, the use of electronictechnology, sensor technology and signal processing technology design and mechanical partsmatching based on measurement and control system of engine spray test bench. The followingwork has been done: on the measurement methods and the evaluation index of the spraymechanism, analysis shows that, with the existing conditions of spray laboratory, put forwarda engine spray test-bed function based on the complete control system design ideas; todetermine the overall design scheme of the measuring system of engine test bench based onspray, including the principle of the mechanical parts. Through the selection of themicroprocessor, sensor to complete the core processing unit and the signal acquisition andsensor selection control system; Laboratory of using Altium Designer Summer09requires theacquisition of the temperature and humidity, ambient pressure, motor speed measurementmodule completes the hardware circuit design, the injector drive and camera driver design ofhardware circuit, and completed the whole hardware the circuit principle diagram design;simulation software Proteus was used to complete the simulation of the circuit principlediagram design, program design of measurement and control system by using Keil software,through the combination of the two simulation, control system simulation engine spray testplatform based on.This design advantage: reduce workload of manual measurement, improve the efficiencyof obtaining good spray particle picture, motor speed data to automatically obtain thelaboratory temperature and humidity, ambient pressure and injection pressure. At the sametime, the design method of using simulation software, without the need for multiple purchasesof components and the system board, save design time and cost, improve the efficiency andquality of design, reduce the cost of development.
