钢波纹管涵洞受力和变形特性离心模型试验研究

【摘要】 随着我国公路交通事业的快速发展,横穿高速公路的涵洞数量日益增多,各式各样的涵洞结构型式也不断涌现,在众多涵洞结构形式中,近年来在涵洞工程中迅速得到发展和广泛应用的钢波纹管涵洞由于其自身的柔性、高强度、优良的适应地基与基础变形的能力且具有自重轻、运输方便、施工简单且施工工期短、造价低、对地基扰动小等优点正日益受到工程研究人员的广泛关注。但国内对其在工程中的受力与变形特性的研究相对起步较晚,在行业内还未形成系统成熟的理论,在此背景之下,本文依托山西龙城高速公路在晋中市榆次区为高填方路基汛期排水而设的钢波纹管涵洞工程,对钢波纹管涵洞进行了室内试验研究,鉴于离心模型试验相对其他模型试验较能真实反映原型的应力状态,将钢波纹管模型置于离心应力场中,利用传感器测量其在不同工况下的应力应变,并结合有限元分析软件ANSYS对涵管模型进行数值模拟,得出在不同试验工况下其应力应变的变化规律,结果表明:钢波纹管涵洞的管顶、管侧沿着波形(断面)方向呈现出不同的应力应变变化趋势,波峰和波谷处以及内侧和外侧、切向和轴向的应力应变呈现出管顶与管侧相反的拉压变化规律,另外,钢波纹管的受力在涵管与路基主线夹角、填土高度,涵管直径变化时呈现出不同的变化规律,最终经分析确定其最佳施工方案,将理论研究成果综合应用到所依托工程中,对钢波纹管施工技术的应用和推广起到一定的理论和实践指导作用。
【Abstract】 As the rapid development of China’s highways, the number of the new culverts acrossthe highway is growing in the numerous forms of culverts, Of the culvert engineers in recentyears,the steel corrugated pipe culvert is developing rapidly and is being widely used and it’sincreasingly being attached much attention by the engineering researchers because of itsflexibility,high strength,good ability to adapt to the deformation of foundation, light weight,convenience in transportation, simple process and short periods of construction, lower cost,small disturbance with the foundation, etc. However, the domestic study about its stress anddeformation characteristics in the engineer starts later, and no systematic and mature theorieshas been shaped, in this background, this paper that is based on the steel corrugated pipeculverts which have been used for drainage in the Yu Ci district in the city of Jinzhonganalysed the characteristics of the steel corrugated pipe culverts by the means of indoorexperiments. Considering the superiority of centrifugal model test in reflecting the stressingstate of prototype, the study placed the model in the centrifugal stress field and measured itsstress and deformation in various conditions through the equipments of sensor and combinedthe test results to the analysis of ANSYS. As a result, the changing regularities of the models’stress and deformation in various conditions were retained the results showed that:The steel corrugated pipe culvert’s roof and side faces presented different changingtrends of stress and deformation along the direction of waveform, the wave crest and wavetrough, the medial and lateral, tangential and axial stress and deformation present contrarychanging trends. Besides, steel corrugated pipe’s states of stress are various with the changingof the intersection angle between the highway foundation and the model, the height of soil inthe above and the model’s diameter. In the end, the best constructing plans were designedafter the analysis and the results of the study were applied to the supporting project in order tobring its guiding functions in theory and practice into the application and generalization ofthe technology of steel corrugated pipe culverts.
