【摘要】 随着我国改革开放和西部大开发战略的不断推进，我国涌现出了诸多经济区，西部城市也逐步崛起，关中-天水经济区规划为国家层面的战略规划，建成后将成为支撑和带动西部地区加快发展的重要增长极，对建设大西安、带动大关中、引领大西北，承接东部地区产业转移，促进区域协调发展，形成内陆型经济开发开放战略高地具有十分重要的促进作用。公路基础设施是实现区域经济社会快速发展的基础与先导，流通速度与效率也己成为区域经济运行质量好坏的决定力量，高速、灵活性和网络化成为新经济时代提升经济竞争力必备的特性，而完善便捷的交通基础设施是提升区域经济增速的重要平台。因此，提高完善关中地区交通运输条件，对提升区域经济运行质量、扩大辐射影响范围，引领区域经济社会率先发展具有极其重要的作用。本文首先论述了经济区的内涵，包括经济区概念、特点和意义，列举了我国现有经济区，分析了关中-天水经济区的发展特征。其次，论述了关中-天水经济区的发展目标、空间布局规划、区域综合发展及专项规划和区域经济发展预测。最后，本文论述了关中-天水经济区交通现状，分析了项目区现有公路状况。以合阳至凤翔高速公路为例，阐述了合阳至凤翔高速公路建设对关中-天水经济区发展的意义，分析了路线不同方案对经济区的不同影响，最终确定最佳路线方案。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the continuous progress of China’s Reform and Opening up and the development ofthe west development region, many economic zones emerged in China, the western cities risegradually, Guanzhong-Tianshui economic zone of strategic planning at the national level,will become the support and promotion accelerating the development of an important growthpole for the construction of Xi’an, leading the northwest, the eastern region to undertake thetransfer of industries, promoting coordinated regional development, have a very importantrole in promoting the formation of the economic development strategy of opening up inland.Highway infrastructure is the basis for achieving rapid and pilot regional economic and socialdevelopment, and the velocity and efficiency have become the decision power of regionaleconomy, speed, flexibility and networking into a new economic era essential to enhance theeconomic competitiveness features, comprehensive and convenient transportationinfrastructure is an important platform to enhance regional economic growth. Therefore,improving the sound off in the regional transportation conditions has an extremely importantrole to enhance regional economic operation quality and expand the scope of the effects ofradiation, leading regional economic and social development.The paper first discusses the meaning of economic zones, including the concept,characteristics and significance of economic zones, citing China’s current economy regions,analyzing Guanzhong-Tianshui economic development features of economic zone. Secondly,the paper discusses development goals of the Guanzhong-Tianshui economy zone, spatialplanning, integrated development of the region and the special planning and regionaleconomy development forecast. Finally, the paper discusses the Guanzhong-Tianshuieconomy region traffic situation, analyzing the existing road conditions in the project area.Taking Heyang to Fengxiang expressway as example, describes the significance of Heyang toFengxiang expressway construction on the Guanzhong-Tianshui economy region, analyzesthe impact of different routes of different programs on economic zones, and ultimatelydetermine the best route plan.更多还原
