【摘要】 论文以中国城市综合体育馆的发展趋势为切入点对体育建筑使用现状及功能拓展趋势进行系统的研究与归纳，结合国内外体育建筑的理论与实践，以突出体育文化魅力为原则，提出大型体育建筑在城市功能片区与社区发展中能体现的积极作用，融汇城市经济学、城市社会学的研究成果，并依靠城乡规划学和建筑学学科的技术支撑，梳理出大型体育建筑在承办重大体育赛事与赛后利用的综合化、复合化特征。并对其实施的技术可行性进行探索。本文系统的分析了课题的研究背景，通过对于体育产业在城市中的成长历程，城市功能等分区与使用混合化方面的研究，结合建筑技术，经营管理等方面的诉求探索综合化，复合化的合理性。通过深入分析体育场馆综合化产生、发展的内在条件和外部动因，以及制约体育场馆综合化的相关因素，归纳总结国内外成功的思路和经验，提出具体的设计对策和技术措施。同时，将困扰体育建筑综合化发展的设计和实践中面临的具体问题总结如下：①场地布局的矛盾；②看台视线的矛盾；③空间环境的差异；④城市规划制约；⑤经济技术条件制约。分析城市的空间演化特征及城市建设等方面对于体育建筑综合化的推动作用，提出体育场馆综合化设计的目标原则，并针对分析总结的约束条件，在场馆的选址和总体布局、功能整合、竞技空间优化设计、附属空间设计、外部空间设计等几个方面的建筑设计难点分别进行阐述。随着城市的不断发展，建筑的功能也愈加多元化，对于建筑的研究也已经脱离了单一的功能范畴，已构建横向、纵向的关联；对于体育建筑的研究已经升华到了对于城市文化、城市功能、建筑历史、环境心理等的多方位探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 Papers to the development trend of China’s urban comprehensive stadium as thebreakthrough point of sports buildings use present situation and the function system ofthe development trend of research and summary, combining theory and practice ofsports buildings at home and abroad, with outstanding sports culture charm for theprinciple, put forward the major sports buildings in urban functional area and canreflect the positive effects of community development, the research achievements ofurban economics, urban sociology, and urban and rural planning and architecturediscipline technical support, tease out large sports building in to undertake theintegration of major sports events and after the use, points out characteristics. Toexplore the feasibility and the implementation of technology.System in this paper analyzed the research background, through to the growth ofsports industry in cities, urban functions, such as the partition and the use of hybridresearch, combined with the construction technology, operation and management ofappeal to explore integration, points out the rationality. Through in-depth analysis ofsports venues integrated the internal conditions and external motivations of theformation, development, and related factors restricting sports venues integration,summarizes successful ideas and experience both at home and abroad, the design ofthe concrete countermeasures and technical measures. At the same time, thedevelopment of the sports building integrated design and practice of the specificproblems facing the summary is as follows:(1) site layout;(2) stand view ofcontradiction;(3) differences of space environment;(4) urban planning constraints;(5)economic and technological conditions. Analysis of urban spatial evolutioncharacteristics and urban construction, etc, for sports building integrated role, target ofsports venues comprehensive design principle, and the constraint conditions aresummarized in view of the analysis, in the locations of the venues and the overalllayout, function integration, competitive space optimization design, ancillary spacedesign, external space design from several aspects such as architectural design difficulty, respectively.With the continuous development of city, the building function also increasinglydiversified, investigations of the buildings are already out of a single functioncategory, has been building horizontal and vertical correlation; For sublimated sportsbuildings have been studied for urban culture, urban functions, multi-dimensionalexploration of architectural history, environment, psychology, etc.更多还原
