城市广场活力构成要素的量化分析

【摘要】 城市广场被称作城市客厅,是城市最容易产生集体记忆的部分,也是城市中进行各项公共活动的场所,在很大程度上反映了城市的集体意向。随着我国城镇化和经济的快速发展,城市广场开始走向两个极端:要么沦为建筑占据后的空隙,缺乏设计与系统性;要么形成规模巨大但内容乏善可陈的市民广场。公共空间逐渐变得缺乏人情味,公共活动衰减。面对这一现状,如何更好地组织和利用开放空间,提高城市广场的活力与城市居民的归属感,是当代城市研究必须面对的问题。通过对国内外城市广场研究现状的分析,本研究希望从广场的活力入手,以现有的一些研究作为基础。首先对景观评价方法进行深入研究,选取了量化综合法作为研究方法;然后结合城市广场空间活力的特征,借鉴满意度调查的成熟操作方法,对活力量化综合法进行了阐述和深化;最后以广州典型案例花城广场作为研究样本,运用活力量化综合法来量化评估城市广场的活力状况,得出城市广场敏感活力构成要素,进而提出塑造城市广场活力的有效原则。本文分为三个部分,第一部分为基础知识,内容有绪论和量化综合分析方法的概述。首先介绍本文研究背景和研究目的,然后通过对景观评价方法的总结和对比分析,最终选取了量化综合法作为文本的主要研究方法;第二部分为评价体系的建立和实际案例的操作部分,包含第三、四章,首先建立了城市广场活力定量评估框架,接着对典型案例花城广场进行活力定量评估操作,得出敏感和不敏感城市广场活力构成要素;第三部分为结论章节,将第四章得出的城市广场敏感活力构成要素进行分类,提出相应的城市广场活力塑造原则。本文的研究创新点主要有以下几个方面:第一,由于活力易观察不易直观表达的特征,本文首先将量化综合法运用于城市广场活力的研究;第二,在评价指标的筛选、评价体系的建立上笔者借鉴了使用后评价成熟的操作方法完善了活力量化评估方法;第三,笔者将活力量化评价结果与同一样本的满意度评价结果进行了对比分析,进一步完善了花城广场的建成环境评价。
【Abstract】 City square is known as the living room of urban area and is the easiest part toproduce the collective memory, but also a place to hold various public events. To a largedegree, city square reflects the collective intention of the city. But with the rapiddevelopment of the urbanization and economy in China, the city square heads toward twoextremes: either become the void after buildings occupying the most space, which is lack ofdesign and systemic; Either form a huge but boring city space. Public space has graduallybecome impersonal and aslo public activities became attenuation. To face this situation,how to well organize and reuse open space, enhance the vitality of the city square and theurban residents’ sense of belonging, are the problems contemporary urban study mustaddress.Through the analysis of city square of domestic and foreign research, this study startsfrom the vitality of the square, with some existing research as a foundation. First of all,selecting quantitative synthesis method as the results of the landscape evaluation study;Then combining with the characteristics of city square space vitality, referring to the matureoperation method of POE, the comprehensive research of dynamic quantization isdiscussed and deepened; Finally, using dynamic quantitative comprehensive evaluationmethod to quantify the evaluation of city square dynamic status based on the actualsampling in Guangzhou, which indicates that the important environmental factors affectingdynamic city square and discusses the effective measures to form the dynamic shapesquare.This article is divided into three parts, the first part mainly introduces basic knowledgeand gives an overview of the comprehensive quantitative analysis method. In the first part,the research background and purpose are primarily addressed. Then, the comprehensivequantitative analysis method is selected as the main tool through the comparison ofdifferent landscape evaluation methods. The second part is about the establishing ofevaluation system and the operation of practical cases which includes3rdand4thchapters.To finally achieve the goal of obtaining the factors of sensitive and non-sensitive city square energy in this part, quantified evaluation frame work of city square energy isestablished and applied in the operation of the Flower City Square s case study. The thirdconclusive part classifies the aforementioned factors of city square energy and put forwardrelevant principles of how to improve the energy of city square.The innovative points of this thesis are listed as following:1. Due to the energyis easy to observe but difficult to express, the thesis in the first time applies thecomprehensive quantitative analysis method in the research of city square energy;2.Method of evaluation after utilization in items of the filtering of evaluation index andthe establishing of evaluation system.3. The comparative analysis is made between theresult of quantified evaluation of city square energy and the result of satisfaction on thesame sample which improves the environmental evaluation of the Flower City Square afterit has been built.
