基于JSP的职业病预警系统的设计与实现

【摘要】 随着经济的发展和劳动者数量的日益增多,职业病危害已成为我国一个重大的公共卫生问题和社会问题。由于国内各区域经济发展极不平衡,职业病防控水平也参差不齐。为了最大限度地保护劳动者不受职业病的危害,除了需要国家不断完善职业卫生监督管理体制和相关法律法规外,还要充分发挥用人单位在职业病防控工作中的重要作用。本文通过分析当前企业在职业病防控工作中所面临的困难,提出利用网络技术提升企业职业病防控效率,降低防控成本。本文设计并实现了基于JSP技术的职业病预警系统,该系统改善了以往相关信息系统注重数据搜集与统计、忽略服务功能的缺陷,将“以人为本”作为设计理念,致力于为劳动者提供实用和人性化的职业病防控服务。系统具有信息发布、信息浏览、健康查询、健康预警、员工管理、健康监控等功能,帮助用户提高职业病防治意识,及时掌握自身健康动态并获得相关建议,帮助企业建立员工健康档案,追踪健康动态,及时为员工提供医疗服务,降低职业病的发生概率。系统采用B/S结构和MVC设计模式,结合JSP、SSH框架技术和数据库技术构建。论文首先介绍了项目背景及相关技术,在需求分析的基础上,重点介绍了系统设计方案及实现过程,并展示关键代码和相关界面视图。本课题设计实现的职业病预警系统已在企业成功运行。实践证明该系统具有简单易用、功能全面、性能稳定、易于维护的优点,提高了企业职业卫生工作效率,为员工提供了良好的职业病预防服务。

【Abstract】 With the development of economy and the increase in employment, harm ofoccupational disease has been a serious public health and social issue in China. Theregional level of occupational disease prevention differs a lot with economydevelopment in China. To protect more people from occupational disease, the effortsof employing units are needed except for the improvement of national occupationalhealth management system and relevant laws. In this dissertation the idea of usingnetwork to improve efficiency and reduce cost in occupational disease prevention isintroduced.An occupational disease early warning system based on JSP, which is animprovement on the previous ones, is designed and implemented in this dissertation.This system is people-oriented designed and aiming at providing employees withpractical and humanized services, such as information releasing and browsing, healthquery and warning, staff management, health monitoring, ect. It helps the employeesincrease awareness of occupational disease and keep them informed with their healthcondition. Companies use it to reduce occupational disease risks by establishinghealth records and tracking employees’ healthy trends. This system is built with B/Sstructure, MVC pattern, JSP, SSH framework structure and database technology. Inthe previous two chapters the project background and related technologies areintroduced. The requirement analysis is made in the third chapter and the designscheme and implementation procedure are expounded in the following chapter, inwhich key codes and related interface views are also shown.The system introduced has been running in some companies successfully. It iseasy to use, full-featured, stable and easy to maintain. It increases the efficiency ofthe enterprises’ occupational health work and provides the staff with good services.
