【摘要】 法律硕士教育是为国家培养具有社会主义法治理念、德才兼备、高层次的复合型、实务型法律人才的一种专业学位教育。全日制法律硕士是相对于在职法律硕士而言的，是指具有大学本科学历或者专科毕业两年以上毕业生，通过全国全日制法律硕士入学联考，周一到周五即正常工作时间在高等学校和科研机构上课，自筹学费，毕业后获得毕业证和学位证的法律硕士教育形式。我国从1999年开始招生，而贵州省从2004年才开始招收法律硕士生。贵州大学是贵州省首个获得法律硕士专业学位授予权高校，贵州民族大学在2009年获得法律硕士授予权。本文通过对我国全日制法律硕士教育的培养目标、课程设置、教学方法的分析；对贵州大学和贵州民族大学全日制法律硕士教育现状的讨论，进而概括贵州省全日制法律硕士教育存在的问题，并从制定和实施法律硕士培养方案、课程设置、教学方法、教师队伍和学生自治五个方面提出了提高贵州省全日制法律硕士教育质量的对策。通过对贵州省全日制法律硕士教育的现状分析，为优化贵州省高等教育结构，突出贵州省高等院校办学特色，为提高贵州省全日制法律硕士教育的质量提出可行性建议，大力开展专业学位研究生教育作出贡献。更多还原

【Abstract】 Juris Master education is a professional degree education，which cultivateLegal talents who have socialist concept ofrule&law,have ability and political integrity,have high levelof compound and practiced. Full-time Juris Master is relativetoOn-the-job Juris Master, which is a bachelor’s degree orcollege graduated more than two years full-time Master of lawgraduates, through the national entrance exam on Monday toFriday, self-normal working hours in the institutions of higherlearning and scientific research institutions on the course,tuition, graduated and obtained a diploma and degreecertificates of the education of master of law form. It beganto recruit students in our country from1999,but in Guizhouprovince it began to recruit postgraduate law from2004.Guizhou University is the firstuniversity which awardsmaster’s degree in law in Guizhou province.Guizhou Minzuuniversity obtained Juris Master’s award in2009. This paperis based on analyzing the training objectives, settingcurriculum, teaching methods for full-time Master of laweducation in China; discussion of Guizhou University andGuizhou Minzu University of education full-time Master of law,and then summarized full-time Master of law education inGuizhou Province,and from the legal formulation andimplementation plan of training, setting curriculum, teachingmethods, teachers and students autonomy of five aspects to improve Guizhou province full time Juris Master educationquality.With analyzingthe status full-time Juris Mastereducation of Guizhou Province, in order to optimize thestructure of higher education in Guizhou Province, highlightthe school characteristics of colleges and universities inGuizhou Province, make some feasible suggestions for improvingthe quality of Guizhou Province, and contribute to carry outthe professional degree graduate education.更多还原
