【摘要】 二十世纪之后，随着科技与经济的不断发展和进步，人类社会发生了翻天覆地的变化，同时也产生了环境污染、能源紧缺等诸多的环境问题。在当今环境保护与可持续发展的要求下，建筑行业作为能耗最高的产业，其发展模式也必须从传统的高消耗型转变为绿色的高效型发展模式。因此，生态建筑逐渐成为了建筑领域的发展重点与发展方向。中国作为最大的发展中国家，生态建筑的全面推广迫在眉睫。但是，中国的生态建筑研究起步较晚导致我国对生态建筑的理解不够全面。目前，我国的生态建筑大都以示范性建筑、标志性建筑等特殊建筑为主，缺乏大范围实践和推广的条件。并且这些生态建筑大都依赖高科技，而忽视了对传统建筑技术与文化的融入和继承。针对上述问题，本文通过对比地域化建筑和生态建筑的异同，在生态建筑创作中引入地域化理念，结合众多实例及已有理论研究得出地域化生态建筑的设计策略及手法，最后结合实际项目，进一步阐述地域化理念在生态建筑中的表现和运用，以期为当今中国生态建筑的发展方向提供一些思路。本文一共分为六个部分：第一部分是绪论部分，主要阐述了本文的研究背景、目的及意义，相关理论研究综述等内容。通过对地域化建筑和生态建筑的现状研究，以及对今后生态建筑发展方向的研究，明确论文的研究对象，同时提出论文的框架。第二部分解决认知问题，主要是关于地域化生态建筑的基础研究，针对生态建筑以及生态建筑中的地域化思想进行研究。先对生态建筑发展过程中的地域化思想进行整理与总结，再将生态建筑与地域化建筑的基本特征进行比对，得出相关结论印证绪论部分中对当今生态建筑的地域化发展以及生态建筑地域化的必要性。第三部分解决方法问题，主要是关于地域化生态建筑设计理论的研究。通过对地域化生态建筑的基础研究，明确地域化对生态建筑发展以及推广的重要性，探索基于地域化理念的生态设计理论。基于地域化理念的生态建筑，是在生态建筑的基础上，融入了地方自然、经济以及历史文化特征的生态建筑。和传统的生态建筑相比，它更加重视对地方传统以及地方文化的延续，更加贴近地方民众的生活习惯以及审美观念，同时也注重结合地方的经济状况，具备更强的可实施性。第四部分解决策略问题，主要是对地域化生态建筑设计策略以及手法的研究。基于地域化理念的生态建筑设计策略研究，本文从四个方面进行分析：一是与自然环境共生，主要体现在建筑设计时对地形的尊重和对原有自然环境的保护与修复；二是与地方风格相融，主要体现在建筑外观中融入地方传统建筑形式特征；三是传统与现代并存，主要体现为在满足建筑使用功能的前提下，将传统建筑的空间与现代建筑结合起来；四是技术与经济并重，主要体现为在建筑设计和建造的过程中，融入适宜的传统建造技术，结合当地实际经济状况，选择最合适的建造技术。第五部分进行实例研究。本文通过设计实践“织金三甲新区行政文化中心方案设计”对本文总结的基于地域化理念的生态建筑设计策略与手法的研究成果进行实际应用。第六部分对全文进行总结，概括本文的研究成果及不足之处，并对该研究未来的发展寄予希望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the20th century, with the development and progress of economy andtechnology, earth-shaking changes have taken place in human society. And it also bringsmany environmental issues such as environmental pollution, energy shortages etc. Asarchitecture is the most energy-intensive industry, the development mode ofconstruction industry must change from the traditional high consumption model ofdevelopment to become efficient and high consumption of green development modelunder the requirements of environmental protection and sustainable development.Therefore, ecological building is becoming the focus and direction of the developmentin construction sector. As China is the largest developing country, the promotion ofecological building is imminent. Due to the late start of ecological construction in China,the understanding of the ecological architecture is not comprehensive enough, leading tothe current ecological architecture in our country mainly with the demonstrativebuildings, landmarks and other special buildings which lack of practice and promotionof a wide range. And because of the reliance on high-tech, we also ignore theinheritance of traditional building techniques and cultural.In response to these problems, this paper introduces the concept of regionalizationinto the creation of ecological building by comparing the similarities and differencesbetween the ecological building and regional building. Combining with numerousexamples and theoretical studies, we can draw the design strategies and techniques ofregional ecological building. And finally by analyzing the design progress of the actualproject, we can further elaborate the regional concept in ecological building’sperformance and using, in order to provide some ideas for the development of today’secological building in China. This paper is divided into six parts:The first part is the introduction part. This part mainly introduces the background,purpose, significance of this research and review of relevant theoretical. Through theresearch on the present situation of the ecological building and regional building and thedirection of ecological building development, we can propose the framework of thepaper.The second part solves the cognitive problems. It is mainly about the basicresearch on regional ecological construction and the research on ecological constructionand the regional ideology in ecological construction. First collate and summarize the regional ideology which generated in the development of ecological building. Secondcompare the basic characteristics between ecological building and regional building, inorder to draw the relevant conclusions to confirm the necessity of developing regionalecological building.The third part is a method to solve the problem. It is mainly about the theoreticalresearch on regional ecological building design. Through the basic research of regionalecological construction, make sure that regional is important for the development andthe promotion of ecological construction, we can explore the ecological design theorybased on the concept of regionalization. Ecological construction which based on theconcept of regionalization is traditional ecological joined with local natural, economic,historical and cultural characteristics. Compared with traditional ecological building, itemphasizes more on the continuation of local culture and traditional and lean closer tothe local people’s living habits and aesthetic concepts. At the same time, it focuses oncombining with local economic conditions and has stronger enforceability.The forth part is a stratagem to solve the problem. It is mainly about the researchon the strategies and tactics of regional ecological building design. This paper willanalyze the ecological building design based on the concept of regionalization strategyfrom four aspects. First, accrete with the natural environment. This mainly reflects inthe respect for the terrain and the protection and restoration of the original naturalenvironment. Second, emphasize on the inheritance of local style in form. This mainlyreflects in the integrating of traditional architectural features with the building’s exterior.Third, reference the traditional architectural space layout. This mainly reflects in thatunder the premise of meeting the using functional, combining the traditionalarchitecture space with modern architecture. Fourth, use the traditional constructiontechniques reasonably. This mainly reflects in integrating appropriate traditionalconstruction techniques in the process of building design and construction.The fifth part is a case study. In this paper, through the design practice of "ZhijinSanjia new district administrative and cultural center design" to practice the researchresults of the design strategies and methods of ecological architecture based on regionalconcept.The sixth part summarizes the full text.
