定制工业软件维护方法研究与应用

【摘要】 近年来,随着计算机技术和工业信息化的飞速发展,工业软件也迎来了重大的发展机遇,越来越多的工业软件在企业中开始扮演着重要角色。软件维护作为软件生命周期中的重要一环,是维持软件正常运行的有力保障。工业软件的软件维护也越来越引发人们的重视。目前人们更多的是对广义的软件维护进行研究,并没有针对定制开发的工业软件进行探讨。同时,人们关于工业软件维护的研究方向更倾向于理论和模型方面,缺乏对于软件维护流程与维护实际工作相结合的研究。本文正是从这点出发,先对工业软件维护方法进行研究,包括软件维护的概念、软件维护模型、软件维护流程等方面。对这些已有的理论知识进行分析和总结,并结合实际定制开发软件的维护项目,归纳总结出一套适用于定制开发工业软件的规范化维护流程。接着对工业软件维护的关键技术,包括软件维护需求分析和分类、软件维护设计和软件维护测试等方面进行研究。本文选用层次分析法确定维护需求重要度,从而实现软件维护需求优先级的建立。基于企业维护实例进行分析和归纳,将软件维护需求总结为五种需求。最后结合维护实例,从代码实现、版本控制、日志管理、测试实现和缺陷管理这五方面分析和研究了气门CAPP软件维护实现的方法。基于上述工业软件维护原理和维护流程,工业软件维护的关键技术及维护实现方法的理论研究,成功应用于气门CAPP与工艺管理系统的实际维护工作中,规范了维护流程,提高了维护效率,保障了软件系统的正常使用,取得了良好效果。
【Abstract】 In recent years, Industrial Software has developed quickly with the high speeddeveloping of Computer Technology and Industry Informatization. The IndustrialSoftware has played an important role in the industrial enterprises. The softwaremaintenance makes the software running in a normal form, which is an important part inthe software life cycle. Nowadays the maintenance of industrial software has caughtpeople’s attention. But the most people just make a research on the all software, not onthe customization of industrial software. At the same time, the research on softwaremaintenance tends to theories and models. There is almost no people study about how tocombine the maintenance process with the actual work.This article is based on this purpose. First, this article makes a research on themethod of industrial software’s maintenance,including the notion and model andprocess of software maintenance. Under analyzing the notion and summarizing theactual work, it is concluded a standardized maintenance process which applies to thecustomization of industrial software. Then this article studies the key technologies forthe maintenance of industrial software, including the demand analysis of industrialsoftware, design of industrial software, testing of industrial software. This article usesthe demand importance, which is confirmed by the method of AHP, to build the demandpriority of software maintenance. It summarizes the software maintenance as five kindswhich bases the actual work. Finally, this article makes a research about theimplementation method of CAPP software maintenance. The method is including codeimplementation, version control, log management, bug management.With the process of software maintenance and the key technologies for themaintenance of industrial software, it has made a success application in the softwareMaintenance of CAPP.
