钢铁酸洗废液制备显影剂用Fe3O4磁粉的研究

【摘要】 钢铁酸洗废液的污染是环境保护和资源再利用的严重问题之一。本文主要探讨了以废治废的方法,优化出一种综合开发利用酸洗废液的新技术:铁氧化转化技术制备显影剂用Fe3O4磁粉。本论文首先对钢铁酸洗废液制备显影剂用Fe3O4磁粉的实验室研究进行了探讨。采用X射线衍射仪、扫描电子显微镜和透射电子显微镜对产物进行表征,并在室温下测试了它们的磁学性能,讨论了反应温度、反应pH、陈化pH等制备条件对Fe3O4磁粉的稳定性、物相、形貌、磁性能等的影响。研究结果表明:反应pH在7~8,反应温度为80~90℃,陈化pH为8~9条件下能够得到纯度很高、形貌和磁性能均较好的Fe3O4磁粉微粒。然后将实验室探讨得到的结论应用到工业化中。对天津市某工业区的酸洗废液净化,通过工艺设备和参数的进一步优化,使用特种助剂生产出磁性较高的显影剂用Fe3O4磁粉产品。分析了工业化过程中物料的平衡,对比了实验室研究与工业化参数的变化。讨论了工业化生产过程中形貌粒度的控制,及工业条件对Fe3O4磁性能的影响。对比了国内外产品物理化学性质以及磁性能。根据实验研究结果,结合工业化生产,本论文提出了钢铁酸洗废液制备显影剂用Fe3O4磁粉的工业应用技术,并对社会、经济和环境效益进行了分析。
【Abstract】 Steel pickling waste liquid pollution is one of the serious problems of environmental protection and resource recycling. This paper mainly discusses the method to treat waste, optimization of a new technology of comprehensive utilization of waste pickling liquor:preparation for developer Fe3O4magnetic powder by iron oxide conversion technology.Firstly, laboratory studies of waste steel pickling liquor preparation for developer Fe3O4magnetic powder is discussed. The products were characterized by X ray diffraction, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy, and tested their magnetic properties at room temperature. The influences of reaction temperature, reaction pH, aging pH preparation conditions on stability, the phase, morphology and magnetic properties of Fe3O4powder were discussed. Research results show that:the reaction of pH=7-8; the reaction temperature T=80-90℃; the aging pH=8-9, can get high purity, good morphology and magnetic properties of Fe3O4magnetic particles.Then the obtained laboratory study conclusions applied to industrialization. With purification of pickling waste liquor of an industrial district in Tianjin, further optimization of the process equipment and parameters, using special additives to produce high magnetic developer Fe3O4powder products. This paper analyzed of the material balance in industrial engineering, and comprised of laboratory research and industrialization parameters. The control of morphology and particle size in the production process of industrialization, and industrial conditions’ influence on the magnetic properties of Fe3O4were discussed. This paper also comprised the physical and chemical properties of products between home and abroad as well as the magnetic properties.According to the experimental results, combined with the industrial production, this paper was prepared with the industrial application in preparation developer Fe3O4magnetic from steel pickling waste liquor, and analyzed the social, economic and environmental benefits.
