高校网络课程建设的技术支持服务研究

【摘要】 随着高等教育信息化的逐渐深入,网络课程作为数字化教育资源的重要组成部分,其建设和应用日益得到各级教育行政部门和高校的重视。高校教师作为网络课程建设的主体,其应用教育技术建设网络课程存在技术上的困难,本研究旨在解决高校教师的技术应用困难问题,从技术服务的角度,围绕为高校教师建设网络课程提供个性化的技术支持服务开展研究。首先,采用文献法,结合自己的实践经验,对技术支持服务和网络课程建设进行了界定,同时,也介绍了开展本研究所依据的理论,其次,采用问卷调查法和访谈法,开展网络课程建设中高校教师对技术支持服务现状和需求研究;再次,运用支架理论,根据教师的技术需求,结合网络课程建设的不同阶段和学科特点,构建技术支持服务的策略模型;最后,结合案例,介绍了笔者公司以技术支持服务的策略模型为指导,为高校教师提供技术支持服务的具体情况。本研究的成果可以进一步补充和完善网络课程的设计与建设的理论内容,也为高校或公司为教师提供技术支持服务进行网络课程建设实践提供了具体的策略指导和技术支持。

【Abstract】 With the gradual deepening of higher education informatization, network courses,as an important part of the digital education resources, its construction and applicationgain the attention of colleges and the educational administrative departments atdifferent levels gradually. College teachers, as the main body of the network courseconstruction, have many difficulties in technology application when they applyeducational technology to build networks course. This study aimed at resolving theproblem that college teachers’ difficulty in technology application around buildingnetworks course by providing personalized technical support from the point of viewof technical service. First, combining literature with own practical experience, thestudy defined technical support services and network course construction, alsointroduced the theoretical basis in carrying this study. Second, the study carried outthe research on status and users’ need for technical support services by the use of aquestionnaire survey and interviews of online courses college teachers. Furthermore,the use of scaffolding theory, combining with the different stages and subjectcharacteristics of network course construction, the study constructed the strategymodel of technical support services. The strategy model of support services was alsobased on the technology needs of teachers. Finally, this study, combining withspecific cases, introduced specific conditions of the author’s company providingtechnical support services for the university teachers, according to technical supportservice strategy model. The results of this study could further complement andimprove the theoretical content of the design and construction of the network coursewhile providing specific policy guidance and technical support for universities orcompanies to provide technical support services for teachers in network courseconstruction practice.
