双主轴车削加工中心虚拟仿真加工系统的研究与应用

【摘要】 双主轴车削加工中心是在车削机床基础上添加了动力铣、钻、镗以及副主轴等功能而形成的先进加工机床,能实现复杂零件一次装夹并完成加工,提高了加工质量和加工效率。由于双主轴车削加工中心不仅结构复杂,且存在铣、车等不同加工模式,在实际应用中存在数控程序编写困难且正确性不易检查等问题,制约了双主轴车削加工中心的高效应用。本文以EMCO MAXXturn65双主轴车削加工中心应用中的关键技术为研究对象,对构建其虚拟仿真加工系统、开发专用后置处理器及优化加工工艺等相关工艺技术进行研究。本文针对双主轴车削加工中心的机床结构及其数控系统的特点,基于VERICUT平台构建了虚拟仿真加工系统;基于IMSPOST平台开发了专用后置处理器,实现了双主轴车削加工中心数控加工程序的自动化生成及虚拟仿真加工;以某零件加工为例,在所构建的虚拟仿真加工系统中对该零件进行了虚拟仿真加工,验证其数控加工程序的正确性,并预知加工中可能存在的干涉、碰撞、过切等工艺问题;并在双主轴车削加工中心上进行该零件的生产加工,验证了虚拟仿真加工系统的正确性、可靠性。生产应用证明:针对双主轴车削加工中心开发的专用后置处理器能够准确、无误的对其加工零件的APT文件进行处理,生成正确的NC程序,基于VERICUT构建的虚拟仿真加工系统能够有效地实现仿真加工,检查加工中可能出现的干涉、碰撞、过切等工艺问题,有效减少了试切环节,降低了材料损耗和机床占用时间,保证了数控机床的安全可靠运行,同时对双主轴车削加工中心的加工工艺进行了优化,有效提高了加工质量和加工效率。研究成果对双主轴车削加工中心,以及多轴数控机床的高效应用具有较大的指导意义。
【Abstract】 The dual-spindle turning center is an advanced machine, which is based on theturning machine by adding dynamic milling, drilling, boring and counter-spindle, canmake the complex part clamping and finish machining in one time, improve themachining quality and efficiency. However, due to the dual-spindle turning center is notonly has complicated structure, also it’s milling, turning and other different machiningmode, the NC program is not easy to achieved and difficult to checked in the practicalapplication, all these questions restricted the efficient application of turning center allthe time. This paper treats EMCO MAXXturn65dual-spindle turning center as theresearch object, the construction of virtual simulation machining system, thedevelopment of special post processor and the optimization of processing technology onit were studied.The virtual manufacturing system of machine was built based on VERICUT in thispaper, aimed at the characteristics of machine’s structure and CNC system. The specialpost processor was developed based on the IMSPOST platform, realized the NCprogram’s automatic generation and virtual simulation machining. Taking the virtualsimulation machining aim at a part in the constructed virtual simulation machiningsystem, verify the correctness of NC program, and predict the processing of theinterference, collision and cutting process problems. Produce this part in dual-spindleturning center, verify the correctness and reliability of the virtual simulation machiningsystem.The actual processing production proved that the developed special postprocessoraimed at dual-spindle turning center could process the APT files correctly, and achievethe right NC program. The virtual simulation machining system based on VERICUT can realize simulation machining effectively, check process problems that interference,collision, overcut and so on. Reduce the trial cut link effectively, reduce the materialloss and machine’s takes up time, make sure the safe and reliable running of NCmachine tool, take the optimization of the machining process of dual-spindle turningcenter at the same time, improve the machining quality and efficiency effectively. Theresearch result has great guiding significance of high efficient application on thedual-spindle turning center and multi-spindle machine.
