眼神—心理行动外化的终端之一

【摘要】 眼神是心灵之窗，心灵是眼神之源。在眼球后方感光灵敏的角膜含有1.37亿个细胞，将收到的信息传送至脑部。这些感光细胞，在任何时间均可同时处理150万个信息。这就说明，即使是一瞬即逝的眼神，也能发射出千万个信息，表达丰富的情感和意向，泄露心底深处的秘密。所以，眼球的转动，眼皮的张合，视线的转移速度和方向，眼与头部动作的配合，所产生的奇妙复杂的眉目语，都在传递着信息，进行着交流。运用眼神交流，从眼神可以洞察一个人的灵瑰,利用眼神交流,是人与生俱来的一项交流本领,世界上许多文学作家,在他们的作品中,都对主人公的眼神作生动详尽的描写,可见其对于表达情感的重要性。眼神在交际过程中通过视线接触来传递信息，是一种复杂、深刻、微妙、极具表现力与感染力的无声语言。通过眼神来传情达意，是一种普遍的心理现象。尤其是那些戏剧界与影视界的精英极其会用眼神演戏。任何行动，都是心理——形体的活动。这也就是说，任何一个行动都具有心理和形体这两个方面，而且心理和形体这两个方面是紧密的、不可分离地联系在一起的一个整体。眼神是一个人最直接,最真实的内心表现，换言之，征神观人必须从眼神着手。眼神是一个人心神的显现，从眼神经常可表现出一个人的正邪、强弱、真假、善恶……这也就是心理行动的外化，在生活中如此，在表演艺术中更是如此。更多还原
