【摘要】 花卉产业是集经济效益、社会效益和生态效益于一体的绿色产业，在现代农业中具有重要的地位，已经成为农业结构的重要部分，是农业结构调整和促进农民增收的重要手段之一。青州花卉产业经过二十多年的发展，由一家一户的小农经济已发展到初具规模，正逐步步入产业发展之路，成为我国重要的盆花生产中心之一、花卉物流中心之一。目前青州花卉产业正处于高速发展时期，进入了产业结构调整阶段，在发展中还存在着一些问题，研究解决这些问题具有重要的现实意义。本文首先对国内外花卉产业发展现状做了概述，对世界花卉产业发展态势和特点进行分析，在此基础上，对青州市花卉产业进行实地调研，采用文献法和调查法相结合的研究方法，结合定性与定量分析、文字叙述与图标说明相结合的方法，对青州市花卉产业发展现状（产业结构、市场流通、科技支撑、人才体系等），面临的发展机遇等方面进行了分析。青州市花卉产业具备了一定的产业布局和规模，但还存在着基础较薄弱，结构不合理，缺乏龙头企业带动、产品标准化程度低，市场竞争力差等问题。针对青州市花卉产业发展现状和存在的问题，借鉴国内外产业发展经验，从政策引导、产业布局、科技投入、资金投入、市场建设等方面提出了一系列有助于花卉产业发展的对策。更多还原

【Abstract】 Flower industry is the set of economic，social and ecological benefits in one of the greenindustry, and has an important industry of agriculture. Nowadays flower industry is playingan important role in adjustment of agricultural industry structure an increase of famers’income. Qingzhou’s flower industry after more than twenty years of development, one of asmall-scale peasant economy in ifs development as a market economy characterized by theindustry, and gradually entered the industrialization of development. Now Qingzhou flowerindustry becomes an important centre potted flower production and an important logisticscenter. The floriculture of Qingzhou is on a stage of restructuring, upgrading and fast growing,and many problems still exist. Study on the solution of these problems has important practicalsignificance.This paper firstly focuses on the overview of the current domestic and foreign status onthe development of the industry, analyses development situation and characteristics of theflower industry, based on this work, form Qingzhou flower industry present situationobtaining, has conducted the thorough investigation and study to Qingzhou flowe industry,This article uses methods and so on literature material and social investigation, Thecombination of qualitative and quantitative analysis, Text and icon, to research thedevelopment of Qingzhou flower industry, including the industry structure, Marketcirculation system, the system of science and technology, Personnel system, Financial system,and so on. The results show that a large scale of industry structure and certain industriallayout have been developed. Flower industry in Qingzhou City, some problems still exist,And the basis of existence to be weak, the industry internal structure is unreasonable, theproduction disperser lacks the main item impetus, the product standardization degree place,the market competitive power inferior question. In the light of Qingzhou flower industrydevelopment present situation and the existing problems, experience from domestic andinternational flower industry development， there are some main measures to be taken inQingzhou flower industry: Strengthen policy guiding, optimization of the industrial structure,strengthen technology supporting system, increasing the financial support, construction ofmodern market system, and so on.更多还原
