基于多功能可控气氛炉的扩圈片热处理工艺及性能研究

【摘要】 移圈针是电脑横机的关键零件,直接参与织物的编织,其性能的好坏对织物的质量有着重要的影响。每年对移圈针的需求量非常大,但受国内织针制造水平的影响,高档移圈针的生产研究在国内还是空白。作为国家科技支撑计划项目“电脑横机移圈针高性能化关键技术研究”的一部分,本文主要介绍在移圈针扩圈片热处理方面进行的研究。扩圈片是配合电脑横机移圈针完成织物的集圈、移圈、提花、嵌花等编织动作的关键配件,其性能水平直接决定了移圈针的使用寿命。移圈针的实际工况要求扩圈片不仅具有一定的硬度,耐摩擦、磨损,而且必须保证其具有一定的弹性和韧性,防止发生脆性断裂和塑性变形失效。而扩圈片的材料和热处理工艺是否合理将直接关系到它的使用性能。本研究工作主要包括以下几个方面的内容:1.针对扩圈片特殊的性能要求,设计开发了多功能可控气氛炉该淬火炉的温度均匀性符合工艺要求(≤±10℃),气氛可控性强,在该设备上热处理后扩圈片性能均匀性好(表面硬度HV0.2kg与HV1kg差别低于10HV),远优于国内制针行业普遍使用的网带炉,居国内领先、国际先进水平。2.在多功能可控气氛炉的基础上,探索了淬、回火工艺参数对扩圈片性能的影响规律,并分析了其机理,为薄片类小零件的光亮化热处理技术提供了有益的借鉴,并具备一定的学术价值。3在以上基础上,对ZK钢扩圈片的热处理工艺进行了优化,并应用于移圈针的研制和实际工业生产。扩圈片热处理质量稳定,性能良好:残留变形角仅为1.2°,低周弹性疲劳达4100次,高周弹性疲劳超过2百万次。3.针对原材料市场状况,使用国产原材料THP,探索出用其制造扩圈片的最佳工艺。在本研究开发的多功能可控气氛炉上热处理后,THP钢与ZK钢的性能非常接近:HV0.2kg与HV1kg差别低于10HV,弹性1.4°,低周3800次。与ZK钢相比,THP钢价格便宜,货源丰富,具有一定的实用价值。4.通过与国内外不同品牌、不同设备热处理的扩圈片进行性能对比发现:自制扩圈片性能水平远超过台湾三环针的性能水平,并已经超过了大韩扩圈片(弹性1.9°,低周2400次),而且也比在网带炉上处理的扩圈片的性能水平(HV1.0kg-HV0.2kg=10~15HV,弹性1.8°,低周3000次)有所提高,同时也减小了与德国格罗茨产品(弹性1.0°,低周7500次)的性能差距。自制的扩圈片,已经实际应用于移圈针的开发研制和工业生产。

【Abstract】 Transfer needles are the key part in computerized flat knitting machines. The performance of the transfer needles greatly influences the quality of the knitting products. The amount of transfer needle is becoming greater to fill the requirement of the computerized flat knitting machines. However, little attention has been paid to develop high-quality transfer needles. The heat treatment of the spring in transfer needle has been researched in this paper. The study is a part of the national science and technology support projects, entitled "the high-performance key technology research on the transfer needle of computer knitting machine"Only the spring in the transfer needle can do the knitting include of setting and moving circle, jacquard and intarsia. The transfer needle’s life-span is directly influenced by the spring properties. In order to avoid the brittle fracture and plastic deformation, the spring in the transfer needle must has the combination of high hardness, wear resistance, the flexibility and tenacity in the actual operating conditions. The property of the spring is determined by materials and heat treatment technique. In this paper, it mainly proposed the following aspects of content:1. A multi-functional controlled atmosphere furnace by the especial property requirements of the spring was developed. The treating atmosphere can be well controlled. The result of temperature uniformity survey accords with technique requirement (≤±10℃). The uniformity of the post-treated spring via this furnace is very good, i.e. the difference of surface hardness is lesser than 10HV between HV0.2kg and HV1kg, and it also accords with the technique specification of the spring. Regarding this, the spring products are to be the leading domestic and international competitive products. 2. Based on the multi-functional controlled atmosphere furnace, the heat treatment process of ZK steel springs was optimized. As a result, the difference of surface hardness between HV0.2kg and HV1kg was in the measurement error range (lesser than 10HV), the residual deformation angle was only 1.2°, low cycle fatigue elasticity exceeded 4100 times, and high cycle fatigue elasticity were more than 2 million times. Our detailed investigation on the parameters of quenching and tempering process can be a valuable reference method for the heat treatment of the thin of smaller parts.3. One domestic low alloy steel, THP, was found to be an appropriate candidate for the spring product, and its corresponding heat treatment process was optimized as well. The property of THP steel is very close to ZK after heating treatment in the multi-functional controlled atmosphere furnace. The results illustrated that the difference of surface hardness was no more than 10HV between HV0.2kg and HV1kg, the residual deformation angle was 1.4°, low cycle fatigue elasticity exceeded 3800 times. Comparing with the ZK steel, the advantages of THP steel were its competitive price, rich in supply, and having the practical application feasibility.4. The property comparison between local springs and imported products after heating treatment show that the performance of the current spring products treated via our optimized technique mentioned above were far better than the three-ring needleTM made in Taiwan, and even exceeds the properties of the springs made in KoreanTM (the residual deformation angle is 1.9°, low cycle fatigue elasticity extends 2400 times). Moreover, the performance of our spring products was slightly higher than springs treated in mesh belt furnace (HV1.0kg -HV0.2kg=10~15HV, the residual deformation angle is 1.8°, low cycle fatigue elasticity extends 3000 times), and was competitive with the Germany Groz-BeckertTM products (the residual deformation angle is 1.0°, low cycle fatigue elasticity extends 7500 times).
