反应性受阻胺类抗紫外线整理剂的合成及应用

【摘要】 随着工业的发展,各种废气对大气的污染日益加剧,大气臭氧层遭到了破坏,到达地球表面的紫外线辐射量逐渐增强,对人类的健康造成了极大的危害。因此,国际上非常重视抗紫外线织物的开发与应用。纺织品防紫外线的有效方法是使用抗紫外线整理剂,该领域的研究成为纺织印染行业重要的课题之一。本文针对改善棉织物抗紫外线性能这一目标,通过在三嗪类紫外线吸收剂分子中引入受阻胺类光稳定基团的方法,设计并制备出了多种反应性受阻胺类抗紫外线整理剂。以苯并三唑、对(β-硫酸酯乙基砜)苯胺、间苯二胺、2,4-二氨基苯磺酸、对氨基苯磺酸、三聚氯氰等为原料合成了三嗪类紫外线吸收剂,然后向合成的三嗪类化合物分子中引入受阻胺哌啶醇,最终合成了4种反应性受阻胺类抗紫外线整理剂及其4种三嗪类中间产物,本文合成8种化合物均可用作紫外线吸收剂。本文通过红外光谱和紫外光谱对合成化合物的结构和紫外吸收特征进行了初步的表征。红外光谱显示出各化合物主要官能团的存在;紫外光谱显示出各化合物的紫外吸收均在200~400nm之间,吸收强度高,具有优良的紫外吸收性能。本文还研究了各化合物溶液作为抗紫外线整理剂在棉织物上的应用性能。通过正交实验得出各化合物溶液的优化整理工艺,并在此基础上研究了各化合物溶液对整理后棉织物各项应用性能的影响。实验结果显示:经各化合物溶液抗紫外线整理后的纯棉府绸和纯棉针织布的抗紫外线指数(UPF)均有很大的提高,当用量为6%(o.w.f)时所用棉织物的UPF值均可以从10左右提高到40以上,并且UPF值随整理剂用量的增加而增加;整理后纯棉府绸和纯棉针织布经50次洗涤后UPF值的保留率均在80%以上,并且整理前后纯棉府绸和纯棉针织布的物理机械性能变化很小;整理后纯棉府绸和纯棉针织布的日晒牢度均有所改善,可以提高约0.5~1级,由于受阻胺光稳定基团与三嗪类紫外线吸收基团的协同作用,合成的受阻胺类抗紫外线整理剂提高日晒牢度的效果要好于其三嗪类中间产物。实验结果表明,合成的8种化合物均可以改善棉织物的抗紫外线性能,具有优良的防紫外线效果。
【Abstract】 With the development of industry, pollution of waste gas became increasingly serious. The ozonosphere was destroyed, letting large amount of ultraviolet in. The radiation of ultraviolet was harmful to human beings. The research and application of ultraviolet protective textile attracted worldwide attention. The effective way to protect textile from ultraviolet radiation was to use uvioresistant agent. So the study of uvioresistant agent became one of the important subjects in the field of dyeing and finishing of textile.This research focused on improving the ultraviolet protective ability of cotton fabric. Many new reactive hindered amine uvioresistant agents were synthesized by introducing hindered amine light stabilizer(HALS) groups to the triazine UV absorbers. The Triazine UV absorbers(intermediates) were prepared with benzotriazole, para-ester, m-phenylenediamine, 2,4-diaminobenzene sulfonic acid, p-aminobenzene sulfonic acid, cyanuric chloride and so on as raw material. Then, four hindered amine uvioresistant agents were synthesized using the intermediates. Experiments showed that both the intermediates and the four hindered amine uvioresistant agents could be used as UV absorbers. The structure of the compounds was initially characterized by IR spectra which illustrating the absence of main function groups of the eight compounds. UV spectra showed that eight compounds could absorb ultraviolet radiation in 200~400nm with high intensity.The applied performances of compounds on cotton fabric as uvioresistant agent were also studied separately in this paper. The optimal finishing process of the compounds was obtained through a series of perpendicular experiments. The influence to the applied properties of the treated cotton fabric was studied on the basis of the optimal finishing process. The results showed the ultraviolet protective factor(UPF) of the cotton poplin and the cotton kinitting finished by all the compounds improved obviously. The UPF increased from 10 to 40 above when the agent dosage was 10% of the fabric weight , and ,the more the dosage was, the more the UPF increased. The results also showed the UPF of the fabric finished by the compounds preserved more than 80% after 50 times laundering. Meanwhile, the influence to the physical and mechanical performance of the finished fabric was insignificant. The light fasteness of the treated fabric all improved about 0.5~1 grade. The hindered amine uvioresistant agent could improve the light fasteness of the treated fabric more than the triazine intermediates because of the synergistic efficiency between the HALS group and the triazine UV absorber group.The results showed that all the compounds synthsised in the lab were excellent uvioresistant agents.
