【摘要】 中医学是一门经过长期临床实践得出来的经验医学，中医学在理论类属、脏腑形态结构与功能活动、临床症状性态、疗效评价等方面存在着非常明显的模糊性和经验性，如何用量化的语言加以表达，尤其用数学语言加以描述，已成为现代中医学的研究难点与学术前沿问题之一。本文从围绝经期综合征肾阴虚型的中医疗效出发，应用模糊数学的模糊综合评判的方法对中医疗效作系统的分析，具有重要的现实意义与临床实用价值。本文阐述了围绝经期综合征的相关理论，病因病机、临床分型及治疗方法。在查阅相关文献及总结临床经验的基础上，确立研究范围以围绕围绝经期综合征肾阴虚型的中医疗效的评价为主展开讨论。研究给出了围绝经期综合征肾阴虚型四种兼夹证型。临床上对围绝经期综合征肾阴虚型患者进行辨证施治，根据其症状和体征改善程度，用模糊综合评判的方法评价临床疗效。本文提出并建立了围绝经期综合征肾阴虚型一套一级模糊综合评判模型，包括兼夹心肝火旺证、心脾失调证、肝脾失调证和脾肾阳虚证等四个证型的因素集指标体系。通过专家问卷调查及专家排序法等三种方法分析、确定各兼夹证型的权重；采用加权平均型等四种模糊综合评判的计算方法以及模糊分布法等两种方法分别计算综合评价结果和综合分析围绝经期综合征肾阴虚型的中医疗效。结果表明本文所采用的围绝经期综合征肾阴虚型的兼夹证型分类和一级模糊综合评判模型可行、使用效果较好，符合临床实际，能够反映中医治疗本病的优势。同时，作为中医疗效的评价方法的一种新的尝试，为中医临床疗效的量化提供参考。更多还原
