电磁流量计智能变送器设计

【摘要】 随着国民经济的发展和现代生产过程自动化程度的不断提高,流量作为主要的过程参数之一,已成为判断生产过程的效率,工作状况及经济性能的重要指标,因此测量流体流量的流量计地位日趋突出。电磁流量计是基于法拉第电磁感应定律的速度式流量计,由于其非侵入式结构、无活动部件和阻碍被测介质流动的扰动件等特点在工业生产等领域得到了广泛应用。现在,国内外主要的流量计生产厂家都开发出了自己的电磁流量计产品,在工业生产,国防建设等多个领域发挥着显著的作用。随着电子技术日新月异的发展,越来越多新型的传感器、电子元件、集成芯片可以应用在电磁流量计的设计中,使得它在测量速度、精度、可靠性和应用范围等性能指标有进一步提高的可能性。本课题在分析国内外电磁流量计发展现状和趋势的基础上,采用新型微处理器、高性能集成电路及成熟的通讯技术,应用模块化编程思想,加入多种数字滤波算法并多层次应用了抗干扰技术,研究开发出具有HART现场总线通信功能的电磁流量计智能转换器。开发出的电磁流量计符合国际电磁流量计智能化、网络化、功能多样化等发展趋势。

【Abstract】 The continuous development of national economy and modern industry automation technologies have made the flow rate, which is one of the most important process parameters, the main index of the efficiency, work condition and economical ability of manufacturing. Thus, the flow meter for the flow rate measurement is becoming more and more important. It appears that the electromagnetic flow meters (EMF) are particularly suitable in industry manufacture because they are essentially noninvasive, their methods of sensing do not influence the flow regime and they have no moving parts. Nowadays, almost all flow meter manufactures around the world have their own EMF products, which are playing significant roles in industry and notional defense areas.With the development of electronic technologies, the new type sensors, electronic components and ICs can be applied in EMF. It is possible that the speed, accuracy, reliability and application range can be improved and enlarged. Based on the analyze of the situation of EMF’s development in the world, this paper combined the new type MCU, high ability ICs and sophisticated communication techniques,applied blocking modularization programming method, used several signal processing algorithms and anti-interference techniques to design EMF intelligent transmitter, which is compatible for the HART field bus communication. This EMF accord with the trend of developing intelligent, networks compatible and multi-function instruments.
