【摘要】 随着信息通信技术的不断进步，互联网和宽带通信网得到了极大的发展。IPTV潜在消费群体巨大，宽带用户可以从有限的PC用户拓展到数量庞大的TV用户，是通信运营商在现有宽带应用基础上实现规模继续扩张和利润增长的重要途径。论文首先对IPTV系统的组成和关键技术进行了较为深入的研究。跟据陕西电信公司网络现状，提出利用现有IP网络承载IPTV业务的建设方案，给出了IPTV业务网络、业务运营平台设计方案、全网组播实现方法、IPTV业务质量保证方法等。其次，基于城域网关键技术理论的研究，以满足IPTV业务对城域网的需求为前提，通过分析陕西电信公司城域网的发展现状以及目前所存在的问题，提出了针对陕西电信公司城域网的全网组播设计方案及QoS质量保障方案。最后，论文对方案进行了评估，并进一步分析了IPTV业务的实现，为现阶段城域网建设提供借鉴和指导。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the unceasing progresses in information and communication technology andIP technology, and vigorously promoting national informatization strategy, internet andbroadband communications network have developed greatly. As a valuable applicationof broadband market prospects, IPTV has giant potential consumer base and can beexpanded from limited PC users to a large number of TV users, so it is an importantapproach to achieve new profit growth point and ascale expansion for thecommunications operators.Firstly, the IPTV system components and key technologies are studied in this thesis.Based on the current situation of Shaanxi Telecom network, a business-buildingprogram that uses the existing IP network to carry IPTV is proposed and the keytechnologies that Shaanxi Telecom used to deploy IPTV services are discussed. Thedesign plans of IPTV business network and operations platform, the network multicastimplementations and the methods for IPTV QoS are advanced. Then, based on theresearch on key technologies of MAN and to satisfy the IPTV needs of MAN, thecurrent situation and the problems of Shaanxi MAN are analyzed, multicast and QoSscheme in accordance with Shaanxi Telecom MAN are proposed. Finally, the schemeand analyses the realization of IPTV services are evaluated, in order to proposesuggestion for MAN construction.更多还原
