基于ARM+FPGA的恒张力永磁同步电机伺服控制系统的研究

【摘要】 近年来,随着计算机技术、数字控制技术和微控制技术等飞速发展,伺服控制器以其良好的通用化、智能化、网络化和模块化等优点,在高精度数控机床、机器人、纺织机械、印刷机械、包装机械、医疗机械、半导体设备、自动化流水线、航空航天以及军事等领域得到广泛的使用。目前,伺服控制器已经发展成独立化和系列化的自动化控制类产品。本文的主要工作是围绕恒张力永磁同步电机伺服控制器的设计研发来开展。本文结合某公司的实际非标伺服控制器的控制需求,提出了基于ARM+FPGA永磁同步电机恒张力伺服控制器的设计方案,并完成具体的设计开发。硬件上,完成了电机功率驱动、逆变器电路、电流处理电路、张力采集电路、转速采集和信号处理的硬件设计;软件上,完成对伺服控制器控制功能的实现,包括主控制层函数、接口函数、FPGA核总体逻辑设计,控制的信息的基本配置、电流环控制算法、速度环控制算法、张力环控制算法和中断逻辑的开发、指令解析函数和功能实现层函数,并给出相关的程序设计流程图,对关键设计进行详细阐述。完成上述设计工作后,进行伺服控制系统的测试和实验仿真,仿真测试结果表明:恒张力伺服控制系统能够满足设计要求,张力大小稳定。

【Abstract】 In recent years, with the rapid development of computer technology digital controltechnology and micro-control techniques, servo controller with the advantages of goodgeneralization, intelligent, networked and modularization, widely used in high precisionCNC machine tools, robots, textile machinery, printing machinery, semiconductorequipment, packaging machinery, medical machinery, automated assembly line, aerosp-ace, military fields and others fields. At present, servo controller has developed intoautomatic control products which is independent and serialize. The focus of this papercentred on the design of the constant tension PMSM servo controller.Combining the requiprements of non-standard servo controller by a company,thispaper puts forward the design scheme of constant tension PMSM servo controller basedon ARM and FPGA,and finished the detailed design. On the hardware side,motor powerDrive circuit, inverter circuit, tension acquisition circuit, speed acquisition circuit andthe signal processing circuit. At the same time, this paper complete the control functionof the servo controller, such as the main control function, interface fuction,the generallogical designment of FPGA, the control arithmetic of speed loop, the control arithmeticof tension loop, interrupt fuction, instruction parse function, realization function and soon in software programming, and provide related programmer flow chart, and the keytechnology.With those tasks complete, the last work is to simulate and test the servo controlsystem, the simulation results show that: the constant tension servo control system canmeet the design requirements, and can get fixed size tension.
