高性能混凝土配合比的优化设计

【摘要】 高性能混凝土(High performance concrete,简称HPC)是一种新型高技术混凝土,是在大幅度提高普通混凝土性能的基础上采用现代混凝土技术制作的混凝土。高性能混凝土以高耐久性、高工作性、一定的强度和体积稳定性和经济性而著称。在高性能混凝土的发展过程中,混凝土的使用者往往过多的关注混凝土的强度,而忽视了混凝土的弹性和韧性。以至于现在使用的大多数高性能混凝土的强度增长过快、强度过高,同时高性能混凝土的弹性和韧性不足。高性能混凝土在发生变形的时候,抗变形能力差,从而降低了混凝土的耐久性。本次设计主要针对高性能混凝土的强度和韧性的关系出发,通过高性能混凝土配合比的优化设计,在保证混凝土要求的强度下,尽可能的降低高性能混凝土的脆性,提高混凝土的抗变形能力。本次设计通过阅读大量的文献资料,在总结前人关于高性能混凝土研究的基础上通过试验的方式进行混凝土配合比设计的研究。通过研究不同粉煤灰的掺量、不同的砂率对高性能混凝土的强度、耐久性和弹性模量的影响。在保证高性能混凝土强度和耐久性的基础上,尽最大可能降低高性能混凝土的弹性模量。通过研究可以得出,掺加粉煤灰可以明显的太高混凝土的耐久性.粉煤灰的掺量在一定的范围内(20%-40%)随着粉煤灰的掺量的增加,高性能混凝土的强度降低,但是抗冻性和电通量等耐久性指标均满足要求,同时混凝土的弹性模量降低。高性能混凝土的水胶比影响混凝土的性能.在一定的范围内,高性能混凝土的水胶比越小,混凝土的强度越高,同时混凝土的抗冻性和电通量等耐久性指标也有一定程度的提高,但是混凝土的弹性模量也随着水胶比的降低而提高。本次设计采用40%的粉煤灰掺量,0.33的水胶比的混凝土配合比,在保证混凝土的强度和耐久性的基础上,降低混凝土的脆性,对于高性能混凝土的配合比工程有一定的现实意义。

【Abstract】 High performance concrete (High performance concrete, HPC) is a new kind of High technology concrete, is the great increase in ordinary concrete performance on the basis of using modern concrete technology made of concrete. High performance concrete with high durability, high workability, strength and volume stability of concrete and economy. In the process of the development of high performance concrete, concrete users often too much attention to the strength of the concrete, and ignored the elasticity and toughness of concrete. So now use most of the high-performance concrete strength increasing too fast, the intensity is high, at the same time, the elasticity and toughness of high performance concrete. High performance concrete in the event of deformation, deformation resistance is poor, thus reduce the durability of the concrete. This design mainly aims at the perspective of the relationship between strength and toughness of high performance concrete, through the optimization of high performance concrete mix proportion design, under the strength of the concrete requirements in as much as possible to reduce the brittleness of high performance concrete, improve the resistance to deformation ability of concrete.This design by reading lots of literature material, on the basis of summarizing the predecessors’ research on high performance concrete for design of concrete by means of experimental study. By studying the different dosage of fly ash and sand ratio on the strength and durability of high performance concrete and the influence of modulus of elasticity. On the basis of the strength and durability of high performance concrete guarantee, as much as possible to reduce the high performance concrete elastic modulus. Through research can be concluded that the durability of concrete was mixed with fly ash can significantly high. Dosage of fly ash in a certain range (20%-40%) with the increase of dosage of fly ash, the strength of high performance concrete is reduced, but the frost resistance and electric flux durability indexes meet the requirements, such as the elastic modulus of concrete reduce at the same time. Water-binder ratio of high performance concrete impact on the performance of concrete. In a certain range, the smaller the water-binder ratio of high performance concrete, the higher the strength of concrete, at the same time the frost resistance of concrete and durability indexes such as electric flux also has a certain degree of increase, but the elastic modulus of concrete with low water/cement ratio and improve. This design USES40%of the fly ash content,0.33the water cement ratio of concrete, on the basis of guarantee the strength and durability of concrete, reduce the brittleness of concrete for high performance concrete mix proportion project has a certain practical significance.
