【摘要】 汽车工业国际化，零部件全球采购，为实现产品零缺陷的质量目标，各汽车整车厂要求其下游供应链的零部件供应商进行质量体系认证，从汽车产品设计开发到服务全过程控制质量。与此同时，作为钢铁企业延伸其产业链的主要手段，国内外各大钢厂都争先恐后地以区域服务网络方式建立覆盖全国的销售服务一体化平台，分食一杯羹，竞争白炽化。如何提高具有核心竞争力的产品质量至关重要！一个公司的质量问题，94%归咎于体系或管理原因，6%归咎于偶发性原因(戴明博士)！要保证卓越的质量就必须构建完整的质量保证体系！本文较为系统、全面地分析了ISO/TS16949质量管理体系在国内外的发展现状，并深入剖析了ISO/TS16949在鞍钢蒂森克虏伯钢材配送(长春)有限公司(简称TKAS)的策划、建立、运行全过程，结合作者多年汽车行业质量管理工作经验，指出了其成果及不足，并提出整改方案，以不断持续改进质量管理体系，减少供应链内的变异与浪费，提升鞍钢蒂森克虏伯钢材配送(长春)有限公司(TKAS)的核心竞争力，并能够为其他企业及个人深入细致地认知及实施ISO/TS16949质量管理体系提供具有价值和指导意义的成果。更多还原

【Abstract】 In an attempt to achieve the “zero-defect” quality goal, all the OEMs have to requiretheir suppliers to performance the quality system, starting from the design of the car to theservice network of the sales, under the circumstance of the industrialization of theautomotive industry, and global sourcing of the components. As the steel makers, they haveto extend their industrial chain at home and abroad and the major steel makers establish theregional service network of sales and service integration platform in a national coverage. Thecompetition is wild in order to share the market cakes. It is very important to know how toimprove their products quality, as it is their core-competitiveness. The94%of the qualityproblems are coming from the problems of the system and management methods, and theother6%of the problems come out due to the accidental reasons (Dr.W.Edwards.Deming).To ensure the excellent quality, a completed quality assurance system must to be introducedand performance.It is a fully comprehensive analysis in the essay of the current situation of ISO/TS16949quality management system at home and abroad, and of the programming of ISO/TS16949,building and carry-out in TKAS (Changchun) Steel Service Center Ltd. attributed to theauthor’s automobile industry experiences working on quality management. In addition, theauthor also points out its achievements and deficiencies, and propose for the solutions, toimprove the quality management system constantly, and reduce variation and waste in thesupply chain, finally to enhance the core-competitiveness of TKAS, Furthermore, the authorprovides the meaningful and valuable results for other enterprise and individuals tounderstand and carry out ISO/TS16949quality management system.更多还原
