【摘要】 现金是企业的重要资源，企业现金的流入、流出形成了企业的现金流。现金流量反映了企业的活力，对企业十分重要。现如今，随着金融业的发展，施工企业对现金流量的管理引起了政府的高度关注，政府运用各种办法加强对施工企业的现金流量的管理，以富有成效地管理施工企业的现金流量工作。施工企业发展状况的好坏决定于施工企业对现金流量管理的好坏，施工企业对现金流量管理的好坏是施工企业经营管理成败的决定性因素，因此各个施工企业都非常重视现金流量的管理工作。对于施工企业来说，利用计算机软件技术支持企业完成人事工资管理的日常事务，是适应现代企业制度要求、推动企业人事工资管理走向科学化、规范化的必要条件。计算机软件技术不断提高，企业管理软件被企业应用于各个环节来管理日常事务。本文根据施工企业的具体需求，进行建模、界面设计，代码设计，实现了施工企业现金流量系统。论文首先对施工企业现金流量系统的研究背景及意义和相关技术，然后设计了施工企业现金流量系统的数据库和系统基本流程，其次用实例说明了施工企业现金流量系统的开发过程。最后对论文进行了总结。本文实现的施工企业现金流量系统，通过基础设置、会计凭证管理、账簿管理、结账及报表自动计算和管理。通过用户管理实现了对系统用户的管理。本系统是基于关系数据库的管理信息系统，开发工具采用VS2010，数据库采用SQLServer2000关系型数据库。为用户提供了良好的人机界面，基本满足了施工企业现金流量系统的需求，实现了会计科目管理、收付转凭证存储功能，报表打印功能，可以很好地管理施工企业的现金流。更多还原

【Abstract】 Cash is an important resource, corporate cash inflow and outflow formed a company’scash flow. Cash flow reflects the vitality of enterprises, the enterprise is very important. Asthe financial industry, construction companies manage cash flow caused by the government’sattention, this Government has taken various measures to strengthen the construction of thecompany’s cash management in order to ensure effective management of cash flow. Cashflow management as companies related to the quality of the future development ofconstruction enterprises, construction business management is a critical factor, for allenterprises attach great importance to the management of cash flow.For construction companies, the use of computer software technical support personneland payroll management companies to complete the daily affairs, is to adapt to the modernenterprise system, personnel and payroll management to promote enterprise scientific,standardized the necessary conditions. With computer software technology continues tomature, more and more enterprises begin to apply in all aspects of business managementsoftware to manage daily affairs.In this paper, the basic process of software development and ideas, this paper discussesthe construction companies are now flow system design and implementation. Firstly, theconstruction companies are now flow system overview: including research background andstatus and significance, related technologies. Then the construction companies are nowfocusing on the flow of the framework and database design, followed by examples illustratethe development process: from the system functional requirements analysis, modeling,interface design to feature implementation. Finally, the thesis are summarized. Thisrealization of the construction companies are now flow system, through the basic settings,management accounting documents, account books management, billing and reportingautomatically calculates and management. Realized through user management usermanagement systemThis system is based on a relational database management information systems, use of powerful VS2010as a development tool, database using SQL Server2000relationaldatabase.
