【摘要】 我国高等教育是大学生踏入社会前的重要教育阶段，在校期间学生通过专业知识学习与锻炼为步入社会做出充分的准备。然而，目前我国社会就业压力越来越大，学生在校期间的学习往往与社会脱节，很难满足企业的用人标准。如何使得学生在校就读期间进一步提高学生的知识水平，尤其是对专业知识的实践性学习是我国各大高校需要研究的重要教育课题。实习这一教学阶段对于高校来说是学生毕业前的实践教学环节，而在真正实施该教学环节过程中存在着很多难题。学生离开学校自主选择公司开展实习存在着很大的盲目性，一方面学生对岗位选择缺乏客观的认识，另一方面企业往往也并不愿意接纳学生前来实习，其原因是学生和企业之间往往缺乏互信。顶岗实习的提出是解决以上难题的有效手段，顶岗实习不同于传统的实习、见习，它是以企业真实岗位为学生工作环境的实习方式，顶岗实习可以最大程度的提高学生实习效果。而利用信息化技术有效组织和开展顶岗实习工作是目前高校提高实习质量和实现教育现代化的重要途径。高校顶岗实习质量控制系统的研究是为了充分发挥信息化手段，以学校为纽带建立学生和企业之间的互信，以企业真实岗位作为学生实习环境而进一步加强学生实习质量的控制。该系统平台可以将学生、学校、企业三方关系拉近，首先是学校通过学生学习成绩和在校表现对学生顶岗实习前的工作岗位进行定位。其次，学校针对学生的实习岗位寻找与学校合作的企业进行推荐。最后，学校需要对学生顶岗实习期间的表现进行成绩评定，这使得学生对实习阶段的学习与锻炼更加重视。这一实习管理过程使得学生、学校、企业三方共同受益，极大的促进了学生实习阶段的学习质量同时也缓解了学生的就业压力。该系统通过信息技术手段约束了学生实习行为，切实提高了高校学生的顶岗实习质量，具有较高的应用价值。本系统在技术上应用.net框架下的asp.net技术，数据库管理系统采用sqlserver2005数据库，系统通过应用ajax技术完成了重点功能的数据无刷新效果。通过这些技术的引入使得本系统在功能上具有较强的操作性，也使得本系统程序上具有较强的代码复用性。本系统在功能上实现了岗位定位管理、实习实施管理、实习企业管理和系统设置管理，这些功能的实现完成了学生实习从开始到结束的全过程，对学生顶岗实习过程的实习质量做到了很好的控制和管理。本文从以下几个方面对系统完成过程进行论述，分别是：1.对系统进行调研。通过第1章绪论阐述了系统研究背景、系统研究现状和系统研究意义，确立了本系统的研究价值。2.对系统技术背景进行论述。本系统采用了较为先进的软件开发技术，分别介绍了asp.net技术及ajax技术。3.需求分析。需求分析部分从业务、功能等角度出发，确定了系统业务流程及系统的主要功能模块。4.系统设计。从数据库概念模型到数据库物理模型进行数据库设计，对系统各个功能进行功能设计。5.系统实现。从数据库及重点技术出发对系统重点功能进行实现。6.系统测试。按照软件工程测试标准进行功能测试、集成测试、负载测试等。本文按照软件工程的思想从系统需求分析、系统设计到系统实现等方面进行论文，给出了高校学生实习质量控制系统的实现过程，本课题的提出具有较高的理论研究价值和教育行业的实际应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 China’s higher education is an important stage of education of college studentsstep into the society, during the period of school students by professional knowledgelearning and exercise make fully prepared to enter society. However, at present ourcountry social employment pressure is more and more big, the students’ learning oftenalienated from society during the period of school, it is difficult to meet the standardof choose and employ persons of the enterprise. How to make students study duringthe further improve the students’ knowledge level, especially for practical professionalknowledge learning is important to research on China’s colleges and universitieseducation subject. Practice the teaching stages for colleges and universities is tostudents before graduation practice teaching link, and in the real there are manydifficulties in the implementation of the teaching process. Students leave schoolchoice in practice there are a lot of blindness, on the one hand, students to choose alack of understanding of the objective, on the other hand, companies often are notwilling to admit the student to practice, the reason for this is often a lack of mutualtrust between students and companies.Study of the practice quality control system of university students in order togive full play to the informationization means, to school as a link between studentsand the business of mutual trust and strengthen students’ practice quality control. Thesystem platform can tripartite relations close to students, schools, enterprises, the firstis the school by the students grades and school performance for students to practicebefore the job position. Second, schools for students’ internship recommend lookingfor cooperation with the school.
