鄂尔多斯地区核心网的网络接通率分析

【摘要】 随着移动通信技术的不断发展,网络设备数量的越来越多,移动用户数的高速增长,业务流量的急剧增加,为满足网络发展需求,鄂尔多斯地区移动网络不断的建设新网元或者扩容,积累了很多的安全隐患,影响了当地网络的网络接通率。为解决此问题,对鄂尔多斯地区核心网的网络指标进行优化。本文对鄂尔多斯核心网的网络的现状进行了分析,在此基础上,从核心网的网络的接通率入手,制定了网络接通率问题的解决方案,应用各种报表、信令监测、呼叫日志等分析手段,对低于指标门限的局向进行快速预警,并针对这些问题采取合理有效的措施,解决了呼时长过短导致寻呼无响应比增加、T8定时器设置不合理导致网络接通率低、寻因设备硬件放音参数设置错误导致网络接通率低等一系列核心网问题。通过本次网络优化,提升了鄂尔多斯地区的网络接通率,达到94.68%,居内蒙古自治区12个地市网络接通率的前列,达到了预期目的。鄂尔多斯地区的网络接通率的提高改善了现网网络的服务质量,进而提高用户满意度。
【Abstract】 With the development of mobile communication technology, more a nd more network devices are deployed, mobile subscribers and network tr affic grow rapidly at the same time, In order to meet development of the core network, Erdos has been building new network elements or expand old ones all the time which at the same time involves a lot of security problems and affects the network connection rate. To solve this, research here will focus on the network index optimization of Erdos’s core network.At the beginning, this article analyzes the current network status of Erdos. Based on this, it first investigates the problem of network connection rate using various statements, signal monitoring results, calling logs etc. and gives the solution that throw instant alert for bereau that belows target threshold, then take effective measures to solve problems. This could solve a series of problems like no paging response rate increase caused by too short paging length, low network connection rate caused by unreasonable T8timer settings, low network connection rate caused by hardware playback parameter setting error etc.Through this network optimization, Erdos core network connection rate are enhanced a lot, reached94.68%which is in the front rand of12city regions of Inner Mongolia and achieves the expected goal. The network connection rate increase of Erdos core network improves the network quality of service, and then improves customer satisfaction.
