基于LabVIEW的油田环境数据采集软件设计

【摘要】 油田一般所处位置偏远,而且地势复杂、交通不便;同时,每个油井距离数据监测中心较远。采用无线通信方式对油井工作中的参数进行采集,能够节省大量的人力、物力、财力。本文来源于中国石油创新基金项目(No.2010D-5006-0703),该项目旨在建立多个无线传感器网络的油井监测系统,利用无线传感器网络采集油井工作的参数,并将监测到的数据通过GSM网络传送到上位机监测中心并图形化显示及存储。论文主要是通过LabVIEW软件为开发平台,利用MySQL数据库作为后台数据库实现油井工作参数的接收、界面图形化显示和数据存储等。论文首先详细介绍了实现数据图形化显示软件开发过程中所用的技术、远程网络数据传输使用的UDP协议;其次介绍了多线程技术;最后对比了LabVIEW访问数据库的几种方式,在此基础上利用LabSQL数据包方式实现LabVIEW访问MySQL数据库的设计。论文在最后对全文进行了总结,并指出设计中的不足之处。
【Abstract】 The oil field generally locates remote and complex terrain and traffic inconvenience place, and the oil wells have a long distance from monitor center. The work parameters of oil well acquire by using the wireless communication way, which can save a lot of manpower and material resources and financial resources. This dissertation derives from the PetroChina Innovation Foundation project (No.2010D-5006-0703), which establish an oil well monitoring system by using multiple wireless sensor network (WSN). The system uses WSN to collect the working parameters of oil well, and transmits the data to the monitoring center through the GSM network, and display and storage the data.This dissertation uses the LabVIEW software as the development platform, and utilizes the MySQL database as the background database to acquire the working parameters of oil well, and display graphically the parameters, and storage the data etc. Firstly, this dissertation details the technologies on software design and UDP protocol for the transmission data to the remote network. Secondly, this dissertation introduce multithreading technology; Finally, this dissertation compares the several ways of the LabVIEW accessing the database, and uses the LabSQL packet to design that the Lab VIEW accessing the MySQL database.In the end, the full text is summarized, and the deficiencies points are given.
