【摘要】 随着世界经济的飞速发展,我们的生活水平发生了翻天覆地的变化,但也使我们赖以生存的生态环境的急速恶化,像全球气候变暖、臭氧层破坏、生物多样性锐减、酸雨、森林面积减少、水土流失、土地荒漠化、大气污染、水污染、海洋污染和固体废弃物污染等环境问题,这些环境问题已经给我们的生活带来了极大的困扰。同时,我们还面临着资源能源短缺的问题。因此,绿色能源、清洁可再生能源越发受到人们的关注,风能就是其中的典型代表。尤其在低碳经济背景下,风能作为一种清洁永续的能源,是传统能源的有效替代和补充。风能在实际生活中的应用主要是风力发电,目前,风力发电已经取得了很大的发展,全国各地风电场建设数量日渐增多。虽然风能是清洁永续的环境友好型能源,但是在风力发电场的开发建设过程中,不可避免的会造成一定的环境影响,比如植被破坏,水土流失等。本论文结合一些风力发电建设对风力发电场建设和运行过程中可能引起的环境问题进行了分析和研究,从而进一步探讨风电场的选址、开发建设和运行过程中可能导致的环境问题,并对几个主要的环境影响进行了分析,并提出切实可行的预防治理办法。本文给出的研究结果如下：1.风力发电场给环境造成的问题主要是噪声、生态破坏和光影；2.用于噪声和光影预测的分析方法；3.噪声和光影影响的主要预防措施：风机保持与居民点足够的距离；防治生态破坏的主要是：少挖和后期还原。4.结合本研究对风电建设的环境发展提出一些建议：增加研究力度,提高环境工作者综合素质、加强监督监管。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of world economy, great changes have taken place in our lives. At the same time, the environment has been destroyed badly. Now we are faced with many environmental problems, including global warming, ozone depletion, biodiversity loss, acid rain, forest area reducing, water loss and soil erosion, land desertification, air pollution, water pollution, marine pollution and solid waste pollution, etc. We also face the shortage of energy resources. Therefore, green energy and clean renewable energy have got more attention. Among them, wind energy is the typical representatives. Especially under the background of low-carbon economy, wind power, as a kind of clean and sustainable energy. It is an effective alternative and complementary of traditional energy sources. The application of wind energy in the actual life is mainly wind power. At present, wind power has got great development.Although wind power is clean and sustainable environment friendly energy, it is inevitable that bringing adverse impact in the process of development and construction of wind farms such as vegetation destruction, soil erosion, etc. So the environmental impact assessment of wind farm construction project is very necessary. In this paper, we take some wind farm as examples of wind farms to analysis the environment problems that may be caused in the process of development and construction of wind farms. Then we find out the key and difficult point for evaluation:1. The main environmental problems of wind farms are noise, ecological destruction and light pollution.2. The methods to analyze the effects of noise and shadow to our environment.3. Main preventive measures on the impact of noise and light: fan distance settlement enough. The prevention and treatment of ecological destruction is mainly:little dig and restore later.4.
