氧化锌光阳极染料敏化太阳能电池的研究

【摘要】 染料敏化太阳电池(DSSC)是一种新型光电化学太阳电池,其光电转换效率是目前研究的重点,ZnO是染料敏化太阳电池光阳极的主要材料之一,本论文通过四种不同方法制备优化ZnO光阳极,提高ZnO染料敏化太阳电池的转换效率,主要研究内容包括:水热法制备ZnO光阳极:采用乙酸锌和硝酸锌为锌源水热法制备出不同微观结构的ZnO光阳极,其最终染料敏化太阳电池的转换效率达到0.343%。ZnO量子点修饰ZnO光阳极:乙酸锌为原料,采用溶胶-凝胶法合成出具有荧光效应的ZnO量子点,以纯ZnO量子点作为光阳极制备染料敏化太阳电池,其电池的开路电压V。。首次达到了0.8V,采用ZnO量子点表面沉积浸染法修饰ZnO光阳极,优化提高ZnO染料敏化太阳电池的光电转换效率到0.8%。三层结构优化ZnO光阳极:制备由ZnO散射层、ZnO纳米粒子层和ZnO晶种阻挡层组成的三层结构的ZnO光阳极,并对三层ZnO光阳极染料敏化太阳电池进行电化学阻抗谱(EIS)分析和光电性能(I-V曲线)考察,优化后的三层结构ZnO光阳极染料敏化太阳电池转化效率达到1.18%。加压法优化ZnO光阳极:采用微型压力机对烧结后的ZnO光阳极膜加压,加压后的ZnO染料敏化太阳电池转化效率最终优化提高到2.11%。

【Abstract】 Dye sensitized solar cell (DSSC) is a new type of photoelectrochemical solar cell, the photoelectric conversion efficiency of which is the focus of the current study whlie ZnO is an important anode material for dye sensitized solar cells. In this work, four different ways to optimize ZnO photoanode to improve the conversion efficiency of dye sensitized ZnO solar cells were reported, the main research contents include:ZnO with two different microstructures was synthesized via hydrothermal syntesis using zinc acetate and zinc nitrate and fabricated the dye sensitized solar cells with two different microstructures of ZnO crystals and tested the I-V curves of the DSSC. The photovoltaic measurement results showed that an efficiency of0.343%was achieved.ZnO quantum dots were synthesized and they were used to fabricate the dye sensitized solar cells modificated with ZnO quantum dots. The photovoltaic measurement results showed that an open circuit voltage of0.8V was achieved by this kind of modification of ZnO quantum dots. The photovoltaic measurement results showed that an efficiency of0.8%was achieved.ZnO photoanodes with a tri-layer ZnO structure consisted of ZnO seed blocking layer and ZnO particle middle layer and ZnO light scattering layer were fabricated. A comparison study of the I-V curves and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy of dye-sensitized solar cells with different ZnO photoanodes with different layers has been performed. The photovoltaic measurement results showed that a photoelectric conversion efficiency of1.18%was achieved.Pressure was applied to improve the ZnO photoanode film and the photovoltaic measurement results showed that the obtained photoelectric conversion efficiency was2.11%.
