【摘要】 进入新世纪以来,我国储藏保鲜技术的迅速发展,冷链物流的发展环境和基础设施条件不断改善,使冷链物流得到较快发展。我国冷链物流发展现正处于起步阶段,受制于冷链物流基础设施能力、物流技术、法律法规等因素,冷链物流运输效率低下、腐损率高、成本高,一体化的冷链物流体系有待形成。如何在既有条件下,提高冷链物流的流通率,降低流通过程中的腐损率和物流成本,是现阶段发展冷链物流所面临的最直接问题。首先,总结冷链物流运输组织的国内外研究现状,确定研究技术路线,并梳理冷链物流运输组织的基本概念,对初级农产品、加工食品、特殊商品等不同冷链产品的特点、运输组织流程进行对比分析。其次,结合冷链物流可以采用的运输组织模式,分析四种运输方式、产品在途损失、时间限制等因素对其的影响,构建冷链物流运输组织模式优化模型,并运用禁忌搜索算法进行求解。最后,以农产品中的蔬菜为例,构建具体算例,对所建立的优化模型进行应用,并对结果进行分析,以算例结果验证所建模型的合理性及算法的有效性。本文从冷链物流运输组织方式组合选择的角度展开研究,阐述相关理论,构建优化模型,寻求合理且优化的冷链物流运输组织模式,以期为提高冷链流通率、降低冷链腐损率、降低冷链成本提供途径和参考。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since entering the new century, because of the development of storage technology rapidly in our country, the improvement of the environment for the development of cold chain logistics and infrastructure conditions, the cold chain logistics is developing rapidly. But subject to the cold chain logistics infrastructure capability, technology, laws and regulations and other factors, the transport efficiency of cold chain logistics is low, the rot rate and the cost of logistics are high.The integration of cold chain logistics system has not yet formed and the development of cold chain logistics in China is still in the initial stage. How to improve the flow rate of cold chain logistics, reduce the corrosion rate in the process of circulation, reduce the cost of cold chain logistics,in the existing conditions, are the most direct problems we will face at the present stage of the development of cold chain logistics.This paple launches the research from the angle of combination selection of cold chain logistics transportation organization,illustrates the relative theories, constructs the optimization model, seeks reasonable and optimized cold chain logistics transportation organization mode, so as to provide a way to improve the circulation rate, reduce the loss rate and reduce the cost of cold chain logistics.First, this paper summarizes the research situation of cold chain logistics transportation organization, determines the research technical route, states the basic concept of cold chain logistics transportation organization, and analysis the characteristics, transportation organization process of primary agricultural products, processed food and special commodity.Secondly, this paple analyzes the possible transportation organization mode of cold chain logistics.Combined with the possible transportation organization mode of cold chain logistics and considered four kinds of transportation modes, the loss of goods in transit, time constraints and other factors,this paper constructs optimization model of cold chain logistics transportation organization mode,and applies tabu search to solve the model according to the characteristics of the model. Finally, it constructs a specific example with agricultural products.The application of the model and the calculation results validate the rationality of the model and the algorithm.This paple launches the research from the angle of portfolio selection of cold chain logistics transportation organization.It expounds the theory, constructs the optimization model, and seeks reasonable and optimized cold chain logistics transportation organization mode,so as to improve the cold chain circulation rate, reduce the cold chain decay loss rate, reduce the cost of cold chain.更多还原
