常顶汽油生产溶剂油的分离流程模拟

【摘要】 常顶汽油又名直馏石脑油,用途比较广泛,是生产溶剂油的原料之一。溶剂油是五大石油产品之一,可用于动植物油脂抽提、橡胶溶剂、涂料稀释剂与溶剂、机械清洗等诸多领域,市场需求量较大。本文运用Aspen Plus软件对常顶汽油生产溶剂油流程中的切割工艺进行了模拟优化。根据原料的馏程数据,确定了包含五种产品的产品方案,采用ADA/PCS法将原料划分为十个虚拟组分。选用CHAO-SEA物性方法,利用DSTWU模块,对14种不同分离序列的分离流程进行简捷设计,得到精馏塔的基本参数,再利用RadFrac模块对不同的分离流程进行精确计算和优化,综合分析对比模拟结果,选择方案五为最优分离序列。选用苏尔寿Mellapak250Y型填料,设置等板高度为0.35米,对最优序列方案五进行填料设计与校核,得到塔内径、最大负荷分率、每块理论板最大持液量、液体最大表观流速等模拟结果。此外对最优分离序列方案五进行热集成网络分析,得知RAD-2塔顶冷凝器和RAD-3、RAD-4塔底再沸器之间可进行热集成,热集成后的热公用工程负荷、冷公用工程负荷与热集成前相比分别降低了22.75%、25.24%。最后运用PetroFrac模块,对一塔多采的复杂塔进行了探索性的模拟计算,与传统的精馏分离方式相比,一塔多采的分离方式所需的设备投资费用及操作费用大大降低,但其分离精度不高,适用于工业级产品分离生产。
【Abstract】 Straight-run gasoline, which is also known as straight-run naphtha, is extensively used as raw material in industry, especially for the production of solvent oil. Solvent oil, one of the five major petroleum products, is used for many areas such as the extraction of animal oils and plant oils, the production of rubber solvents, paint thinners and solvents, mechanical cleaning, etc. So it has a large market demand.In this paper, the precise distillation process for high purity solvent oil extracted from straight-run gasoline was designed and optimized by Aspen Plus using Clear-segmentation method.According to Engler distillation data, the raw material were divided into ten pseudo-components by the method of ADA/PCS and CHAO-SEA as the method for properties.14different separation sequences were designed by the DSTWU module to get the basic parameters of distillation columns, then RadFrac module was used to precise calculation and optimization. The fifth design was chosen as the best separation sequence by comparing simulation results. Choosing Sulzer Mellapak Structured250Y as the distillation column packing,0.35m as HETP(Height Equivalent to Theoretical Plate), the column diameter, maximum capacity factor, maximum stage liquid hold up, maximum liquid superficial velocity and other simulation results were obtained by designing and checking the packing in the fifth design. Through heat integrated network analysis, the total heating duty and the cooling duty of the separation system was decreased by22.75%and25.24%respectively by the heat integration between the condenser of RAD-2and the reboilers of RAD-3, RAD-4.At last, PetroFrac module was used for exploring the simulation of complex column which has three-side draws. Comparing with the traditional distillation separation, the former is more suitable since it requires less equipment investment cost and operation cost while the separation accuracy is not so high.
