【摘要】 研究生教育是培养高层次人才的主要途径,是国家创新体系的重要组成部分。由于特定的历史条件和国内经济社会发展变化新形势的影响,我国的研究生教育改革与创新面临重要问题。1999年起,为了适应国家经济发展和社会进步对应用人才的需求,改变传统的教育单纯学术性学位教育的状况,我国开始探索专业硕士的培养模式,但是由于起步较晚,至今仍未建立一套完整的包括培养目标,方式,过程,课程体系等基本要素的培养体系。面对经济社会发展对研究生教育突出的“多样化”需求,本文希望通过运用管理实践中的胜任力思想帮助我们解决找到研究生培养的具体目标,进而选择合适的培养模式。本文以心理学院研究生为研究对象,以培养出心理学专业相关工作或者岗位(科学研究,心理咨询,心理健康教育,人力资源管理等)的合格毕业生为目标,从用人单位和培养单位两个角度出发,明确我国当前及今后经济发展和社会进步对心理学专业工作者提出的核心需求,探索一条基于胜任力的心理学研究生新路。论文研究的内容主要包括以下几个方面：一、心理学研究生胜任力指标的搜集及确立二、从培养单位和用人单位不同角度对比研究生胜任力需求三、基于胜任力心理学研究生培养思考更多还原

【Abstract】 Graduate education is the main channel of training high-level talents, which is an important part of national innovation system. As a result of specific historical condition and the impact of domestic economic and social development new situation, the graduate education reform and innovation of our country faces important problems. Since1999, in order to adapt to the national economic development and social progress of application talented person’s demand, our country began to explore the training mode of professional master’s. But due to a late start, has yet to establish a set of complete system of basic elements including training target, way, process, and the curriculum system.In the face of economic and social development demands for graduate education is prominent "diversity", this paper hope through applying the idea of the competence management practices to help us to find the training goals, and then choose the appropriate training mode. Based on psychology graduate student as the research object, in order to cultivate psychology related work or positions (scientific research, psychological consultation, mental health education, human resource management, etc.) of qualified graduates for the target, from the academic and vocational graduate two types of education, clear China’s economic development and social progress in the present and the future of psychology core requirements put forward by the professionals, to explore a new road psychology graduate student stratification based on competency training.The content of the thesis research mainly includes the following aspects:1.
