【摘要】 随着经济全球化和市场竞争的日益加剧,成本优势作为传统竞争手段的作用越来越弱,质量已经成为当今企业参与市场竞争的核心要素,它不仅反映了企业的技术实力,更代表着企业信誉和国家形象。如何不断提升企业产品质量水平,使其适应日益变化的顾客需求,获得持久的市场竞争优势,一直以来是企业、政府、社会和民众所关心的一个重要问题。本文聚焦制造业企业“质量竞争力”这一核心概念,按照“概念解构-系统建模-实际应用”的研究框架,对质量竞争力内涵特征及评价模型的构建进行了研究。首先依据质量管理和竞争力等领域的经典理论重新解构质量竞争力的内涵和特征。之后重点论述了如何运用指标体系设计方法论原理构建一个科学的制造业企业质量竞争力评价模型,包括评价要素模型、评价指标体系、权重设定方法以及集结模型等。参考企业竞争力评价要素结构,本文提出的质量竞争力评价系统主要包括“质量基础资源”、“质量管控能力”和“质量组织环境”三个分析指标和“质量绩效结果”的测评指标。将层次分析法、语义差别隶属度法等集成,形成了质量竞争力评价工具集。采用本套质量竞争力评价系统对浙江省某县470家企业进行质量竞争力评价,验证了系统的科学性和可行性,同时针对调查结果提出了提升制造业企业质量竞争力的主要方法和途径。更多还原

【Abstract】 As economic globalization proceeds, the market competition is becoming increasingly fierce. Cost, as a traditional competition mean, plays a less important role, and quality has become a core element to participate in market competition for a company. Quality not only reflects the technical strength of an enterprise, but also represents the enterprise credibility and the state image. How to improve the product quality, make it adapt to the changing needs of customers and achieve a lasting competitive advantage in the market, has been an important problem in which enterprises, government, society and the public are interested. In this paper, focusing on the core concept "quality competitiveness" of enterprises in manufacturing industry, we use a research framework of "concept deconstruction-system modeling-practical application", study the connotation and features of quality competitiveness and construct its evaluation system. Firstly, we deconstruct the connotation of quality competitiveness according to the classical theory of quality management and competitiveness. Then we describe how to use the index system design methodology to construct the evaluation system of an enterprise’s quality competitiveness more scientifically. The evaluation system includes the evaluation factors, evaluation index system, and the weights of indices. Referring to the enterprise competitiveness evaluation factors, our system mainly consists of four factors:"Basic Resources ","Management Capacity ","Organization Environment" and "Quality performance". We integrate a series of methods like analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy semantic differential subordination as evaluation tools. At last, we use our system to evaluate the quality competitiveness of470enterprises of a county in Zhejiang province, and verify the scientificity and feasibility of it. According to the survey results, the paper also gives some advices on how to improve the quality competitiveness of enterprises in manufacturing industry.更多还原
