【摘要】 音乐是一门既包含规范理论的理性学科,同时它更是一门诉述人内在情愫的感性学科,课堂活动的开展是小学音乐教学改革的重要环节,在新时代背景下的当代小学生,接触的事物非常广泛,思维方式也是十分迅速和多变的,因此,音乐教学活动也要符合实际、与时俱进、不断创新。2011年我国的小学音乐教育新课标指出,小学音乐教育旨在“以音乐审美为核心、以兴趣爱好为动力、面向全体学生、注重个性发展、重视音乐实践、鼓励音乐创造、提倡学科综合、弘扬民族音乐、理解多元文化、完善评价机制①。”作为小学音乐的教育工作者,不仅仅要领会其中的教学指引,同时要结合学生的实际情况,设计符合教学大纲要求的课程。音乐教学活动的改革正是根据新课标的要求,而作出的教学方法的新探索,需要通过实践来不断补充和完善。本文从以下三个部分针对小学的音乐教育方面的问题进行阐述：第一部分,本部分主要介绍选题缘由；归纳分析国内外对小学音乐教学活动的相关研究；界定本研究中的相关概念,并在此部分详细介绍了本次研究的目的、研究对象、研究方法和研究过程等。第二部分,通过剖析当前小学音乐教学的实践活动中出现的问题提出了当前小学音乐教学改革的迫切性,包括教学观念、教学方法乃至从教学者自身素质方面进行全面的分析。教学方法的改革是针对这些有缺陷的地方进行补充和一些新教学思维的提出,教学方法的改革对于更好的完成新课标教学目标的完成以及孩子自身的发展都有着重要的意义,因此应当受到广泛的重视。第三部分,是本文的核心部分,本部分着眼于小学音乐教学改革多维努力方向,探讨当代小学音乐教育改革的参与人群和机构,笔者从社会、教育机构、教师和家长四个维度来考量,旨在全方位的指出这些人群应该如何关注和实施对小学生音乐教育改革方面作出的努力,例如社会需要多关注小学音乐教育改革的发展,教育机构要在硬件和软件两方面给予必要的教学支撑,小学音乐教师要在自身专业技能和教学技能上不断提高,在改革创新的方法上不断探索新的道路等,而家长应配合社会、学校在孩子音乐素养培养上的努力,同时在生活中营造良好的音乐氛围环境,多鼓励和支撑孩子在音乐道路上学习的已有成果,树立孩子学习音乐的爱好和兴趣,让其在音乐的学习之路上走的更远。另外就小学音乐教学改革提出了具体的措施和方法,既包含了创新意识上的树立、创新音乐教学法,引进外来音乐教学方法和根据学生年纪上的差别,制定符合他们接受能力和兴趣爱好的教学方式,另外在教学环境上也要不断的完善来支持音乐教学的创新活动,最后在对小学生音乐的成效方面要给予合理化的评价机制,促进教学创新道路健康、良性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 2011of the Elementary Music Education New Curriculum pointed out that primary school music education aims " to music aesthetics as the core interests as the driving force for all students, focusing on personality development, attention to musical practice, encourage the creation of music, to promote integrated discipline, promote national music, multicultural understanding, improve evaluation mechanism." this course requires comprehensive and thorough basic concepts as elementary school music educators, teaching them not only to understand the guidelines, while the actual situation of students, making and teaching outline the requirements of combining curriculum design. On the Reform of teaching activities is made under the new curriculum demands of teaching methods need to be constantly replenished through practice and perfect. Teachers are in contact with the student population as a direct and in-depth music curriculum as a key disciplines of quality education, its relatively loved by the students in content and form, the degree of enthusiasm for learning is relatively high, teachers in teaching activities relatively smooth, the music is a contains both normative theory of rational discipline, but it is more of an appeal referred to human inner feelings of emotional discipline to carry out classroom activities are an important part of elementary school music teaching reform in contemporary pupils under the age of background exposure extensive way and thinking things are changing very rapidly and, therefore teaching music but also realistic, progressive and innovative.This paper describes three parts:The first part of this section introduces the topic reason; inductive analysis related researches on outdoor activities; defined in this study related concepts. This section describes in detail the purpose of the study, research methods and processes, such as this study.The second part of the question by analyzing the current practice of teaching elementary school music that appears in the current urgency of the proposed reform of elementary school music teaching, including teaching concepts, teaching methods and even conducted a comprehensive analysis of those aspects of their quality of teaching Reform of teaching methods is carried out to raise a supplementary teaching and some new thinking in place for these defects, the reform of teaching methods to better target the completion of the New Curriculum Teaching children to complete their development and are of great significance and should therefore be received wide attention.The third part is the core part of this article, focusing on the elementary school music teaching reform multidimensional efforts to explore the direction of contemporary music education in elementary school populations and institutions involved in the reform, the author from the social, educational institutions, teachers and parents to consider four dimensions, designed to these people should be pointed out that the full range of concerns and how to implement efforts to make primary music education reform, such as the development community needs to pay more attention elementary school music education reform, educational institutions should be given the necessary hardware and software to support teaching both primary and secondary school music teachers should constantly improve on their professional skills and teaching skills in the way of reform and innovation continue to explore new roads, etc., but parents should meet social, school children music literacy efforts in training, while creating good music in life atmosphere environment, encourage and support the existing achievements in the music the way children learn, and establish children learn music hobbies and interests, let’s learn the way to go further in music. Also on the elementary school music teaching reform put forward specific measures and methods, contains both the foster innovation consciousness, innovative music pedagogy, teaching methods and the introduction of exotic musical based on the difference between the older students, to develop the ability to accept and comply with their hobbies teaching methods, in addition to the continuous improvement of teaching and learning environment but also to support innovative music teaching activities, the last in terms of effectiveness should be given to the students of music rationalization of evaluation mechanisms to promote innovative teaching the path of healthy, healthy development.更多还原
