【摘要】 旅游承载力是指在可持续发展前提下,旅游区在某一时间段内,其自然环境、人工环境和社会经济环境所能承受的旅游及其相关活动在规模和强度上极限值的最小值,包括旅游资源空间承载力、旅游生态环境承载力、旅游设施承载力及旅游心理承载力四个方面。旅游承载力是旅游地可持续发展的基础,其实践应用价值在于保证旅游质量的同时,保护旅游地的自然与社会经济环境、减少其受到旅游活动破坏。近年来,在旅游高峰期,武陵源核心景区拥堵情况时有发生,尤其是在“五一”、“十一”旅游黄金周期问,游客分布不均、主要景点人满为患、服务设施不堪重负,大大降低了游客的旅游体验性和满意度。为了实现武陵源核心景区的环境保护及可持续发展目标,必须对武陵源核心景区进行扩容提质,引导游客进行合理有序的分流。首先,本文以实地调查资料为依据,采用面积与线路容量计算方法,应用总量模型、流量流速模型及综合模型,对武陵源核心景区旅游承载力进行测算。结果表明：武陵源核心景区日资源空间承载力为3.19万人次,年资源空间承载力为1163.8万人次。2012年武陵源核心景区一次进山人数达到346.26万人,核心景区累计接待游客达到649.27万人次,达到武陵源核心景区旅游承载力的55.78%。这表明武陵源核心景区的还有近45%左右的承载力可供利用。在此基础上结合武陵源核心景区旅游业发展现状分析,表明以张家界国家森林公园、天子山、索溪峪为代表的景区旅游承载力趋于饱和,武陵源核心景区旅游承载力空间主要来自杨家界、鹞子寨等景区。其次,本文根据旅游业发展程度,将武陵源核心景区分为成熟景区和待开发景区两类。其中成熟景区主要是指张家界国家森林公园、天子山以及索溪峪三大景区,待开发景区是指杨家界、百丈峡、黄龙泉、杉刀沟、鹞子寨等景区。武陵源核心景区扩容并非将其范围扩大,而是依托成熟景区对五大待开发景区进行统筹开发,为游客提供更大的游览空间和更多的旅游项目,引导游客进行合理分流。以此为依据本文提出了武陵源核心景区扩容的总体方案,从景区扩容定位、游览线路设计、旅游设施规划等方面实现武陵源核心景区的扩容,并从经济、社会、环境等方面综合分析了武陵源核心景区扩容方案的效益。最后,本文提出了强化景区环境保护、完善景区管理体制、构建景区交通网络、配套景区旅游设施、创建转型示范区、实施景区生态移民等一系列具有针对性的武陵源核心景区提质策略,全面提升武陵源核心景区旅游服务质量,引导武陵源核心景区长期良性发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Tourism carrying capacity refers to in a certain period of time,tourism area natural environment, artificial environment and social economic environment can bear tourism and its related activities in size and intensity limitthe minimum value, including tourism resource bearing capacity,ecological carrying capacity of tourism, tourist facilities carrying stress and psychological carrying capacity four aspects. Tourism carrying capacity is the basis for the sustainable development of tourism area, its practical application value is to ensure the tourism quality.At the same time, Tourism carrying capacity can protect the natural and social economic environment of the tourism area, reduce the damage of ecotourism activities.In recent years, overcrowding often occurs in the Wulingyuan Center View during peak travel. Especially during golden weeks like International Labour Day, National Day and so on.The uneven distribution of visitors, the main attractions’ overcrowding and the overload of service facilities, all of these greatly reduced the tourists experience and satisfaction.In order to make the goal of environmental protecetion and sustainable development come true, the Wulingyuan center view must take measures to expand the tourist capacity and improve its quality,think of a way to guide the rational and orderly flow of the visitors.Firstly, on the basis of field investigation, this paper estimate the tourism carrying capacity of Wulingyuan center view by using the methods of calculating the area and line capacity,total model, flow velocity model and comprehensive model, to estimate the tourism carrying capacity of Wulingyuan center view.The results show that:the daily carrying capacity of resources space in Wulingyuan center view is31900people, the annual bearing capacity of resources space is11.638million people.In2012,there were3.4626million people went into the center view at every turn, the total visitor number adds up to6.4927million,up to55.79%of the Wulingyuan center view tourism carrying capacity. The data shows that the remaining available capacity is about45%. Combined data analysis with the current situation of its tourism development, we find that the tourism carrying capacity of the the scenic spots that represented by Zhangjiajie national Forest Park, Suoxi Valley,and Tianzi Mountain tends to saturation. The available tourism carrying capacity mainly from Yang Jiajie and Kite Zhai.Secondly, according to the degree of tourism development, the Wulingyuan center view is diveded into mature scenic spot and to be developed area. The mature scenic area mainly refers to the Zhangjiajie national Forest Park, Suoxi Valley,and Tianzi Mountain. The to be developed area refers to Yang Jiajie, Bai Zhangxia, Huang Longquan, Shan Dao Gou and Kite Zhai. Wulingyuan center view capacity expansion is not the scope expansion, it’s a kind of overall development of five development areas that relies on the mature scenic spots.Its aim is to provide more spaces and more tourism projects for visitors, and to guide the visitors have a reasonable distribute streaming. This paper puts forward a general plan of Wulingyuan center view expansion, including expansion positioning, tour line design, tourism facilities plan etc.And also make a comprehensive analysis about the general plan’s Economic benefits, social benefits and environmental benefits.Finally,this paper puts forward a series of upgrading strategies on the basis of the specific conditions of Wulingyuan center view. The upgrading strategies includes the following aspects:to strengthen the tourism environmental protection;to perfect the management system of scenic spot;the construction of regional transportation network; the construction of excellent tourism service facilities;to creat demonstration zone of transition of tourism industry; the construction of low carbon tourism demonstration base; the implementation of the ecological immigrant. Through these measures to enhance the tourism service quality of Wulingyuan center view, and promote its long-term healthy development.更多还原
