基于1-Wire总线温度采集装置的设计与实现

【摘要】 粮仓、集体农庄等一些重要场地的安全是关系到国计民生的战略大事,温度检测是其中最重要的一个环节,国家每年都为此投入大量的人力和物力。由于它们通常距离一般都较长或相隔的位置相对分散,温度测试点较多,当采用人工检测温度时工作量极大、效率低下、监测时容易漏检且检测周期较长。随着科学技术的发展特别是现代电子技术的进步,近些年来有关温度检测方面的智能化设备大量涌现,本文给出了一种温度检测的设计方案。该项目的整个系统包括主机系统和各监测点的从机监控终端两个部分。本论文主要讨论监控终端基于1-Wire总线温度采集装置的开发过程。温度采集装置主要由温度采集模块、主控模块、上传通信模块、显示模块等部分组成。主控制模块主要由高性能、超低功耗的STC12C5A32S2单片机完成,具有较高的性价比和很强的处理能力。温度采集模块采用1-Wire总线结构及DS18B20温度传感器,DS18B20节约MCU的I/O资源,检测点可扩充性很强。并且DS18B20内部集成了A/D,可向MCU提供A/D转换后的数据(数字信号),从而大大提高了传感器传输的距离和抗干扰能力。上传通信模块主要由M-BUS总线及TSS721A终端收发器组成,可使集中器(主机)与主控模块(从机)进行数据交互。本装置中现场的温度数据经过传感器采集之后,经1-Wire总线传输,交由主控模块进行处理,处理后的数据由各监测点的显示系统实时的显示出来。并定时通过上传通信模块向集中器(主机)进行通信,对所采集的温度数据进行集中上传至上位机。本装置还有温度数据的上下限设置,当温度超过最高值或小于最低值时可发出警示。本装置经过仿真与测试优点为:工作稳定、通信可靠、成本低、利于扩展等。有较高的检测正确性及精度,符合产品设计的控制要求。并且具有很好的适应性,稍加改造也可应用于其他监控的系统。
【Abstract】 Granary and other important sites or the safety of the equipment is related to thebeneficial to the people’s livelihood strategy, every year the government invested a lotof manpower and material resources.。 Because they usually distance is generallylonger or spaced positions relative dispersion, more temperature test point, Whenusing artificial detection temperature workload greatly%Inefficiency、Monitoring anddetection easily missed a longer cycle。With the development of science andtechnology especially the progress of the modern electronic technology, in recentyears, intelligent equipment for temperature detection in large numbers, This papergives a design scheme of temperature acquisition device based on1-Wire bus。 The host of the whole system of the project include the data center and themonitoring points from the monitor terminal two parts。This paper mainly discussesthe development of monitoring terminal process temperature acquisition device basedon1-Wire bus.。 Temperature acquisition device is mainly composed of the temperatureacquisition module、main control module、communication module、display moduleand other components。The main control module is mainly completed by8bitSTC12C5A32S2chip with high performance, ultra low power、high performanceprice ratio and strong processing ability。The temperature acquisition module based onthe1-Wire bus structure DS18B20multipoint temperature sensor MCU, saving I/Oresources, detection point can be easily。 DS18B20internal integration A/D, A/Dconversion to MCU provides the data (digital signal), thus greatly improving thesensor transmission distance and anti-interference ability。The communication moduleis composed of TSS721A terminal transceiver, data interaction with theSTC12C5A32S2single chip microcomputer。In the device field temperature datathrough the sensor,1-Wire bus transmission, for processing by the STC12C5A32S2microcontroller, the processed data from each monitoring point in real time displaysystem display.。And regularly through the communication module and M-Bus bus tocommunicate with concentrator (host), concentrated upload to the computer to carry on the temperature data acquisition。The system also set the upper and lower limits of temperature control, when the temperature gauge automatically send alarm。The monitoring terminal through field test, running well; And has the advantages of reliable communication, less investment for expansion。High precision, can be very good to meet the design requirements。And has good adaptability, a little transformation can also be applied to other wireless monitoring and control applications。
