【摘要】 随着社会压力的增大，越来越多的孩子成为父母“望子成龙、望女成凤”观念下的牺牲品，但是在这一现象背后还存在这样一个问题就是：很多孩子很聪明，甚至智商很高，上课也认真听讲但是学习成绩就是特别的差，孩子自信心降低，父母焦急责怪，从而造成一系列问题。本文的研究表明，一些学生在听，说，读，写，计算，思维，语言学习中的一个或几个方面相比其他正常同学出现落后现象。另外一种原因就是孩子在成长发育过程中各项能力发展不平衡尤其是感知和身体协调运动方面出现问题导致的学习成绩差，这两种都统称为学习障碍儿童。本文则主要针对言语性学习障碍的儿童进行探究，并对他们进行社会工作的介入，改善他们的外部环境，提高学习水平。社会工作的本质是服务于有困难的人群，所以笔者作为社会工作者针对以上出现的问题进行综合着手，收集资料和文献查找，探究造成学习障碍的原因和类型，然后结合社会工作的理论和方法依托优势视角、归因理论、标签理论、人在环境中的理论对存在学习障碍的儿童出现的问题和涉及的相关对象和问题进行一一预估和认定，然后分别对问题儿童开展小组活动，建立家长支持网络，同时整合学校和教师资源。学习障碍儿童介入的关键是去标签，使他们重新树立信心，在面对困难和学习的过程中，努力提高学习能力，提高竞争力。与此同时社会工作者也在这次学校社会工作中总结经验和方法为社会工作理论在实践中的应用进行反思和提供实践依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the increase of social pressure, more and more children become parents"succeed, Wang woman victim" concept, but behind this phenomenon still existsuch a problem: many children are very smart, even very high IQ, but also listencarefully in class is learning achievement is especially poor, children reduce,parents anxious to blame, resulting in a series of problems. In this paper studieshave shown that some students are listening to, say, read, write, calculate, thinking,language learning is the process of interpersonal communication in one or someaspects of backward, another reason is that children in the growth process of theenergy imbalance force development especially perception and physicalcoordination problem to poor academic performance, the two are collectivelyreferred to as the children with learning disabilities.The essence of social work is to serve the people is difficult, so the author asa social worker in view of the above problems are set, data collection andliterature search, explore the reasons and types which cause learning disabilities,and then combined with the theory and methods of social work perspective,relying on the advantage of attribution theory, labeling theory, theory of person inenvironment to have a learning disability children problems and related objectsand the related problems are one one prediction and identification, then theproblem children in group activities, the establishment of parent support network,at the same time integrated schools and teachers resources. The existence ofchildren with learning disabilities to label the find self-confidence and selfreconstruction, to face and overcome the barriers to learning, improve learningability to enhance competitiveness.
