【摘要】 随着计算机及互联网技术的发展和广泛应用,信息化已经影响到社会的各行各业,电子政务作为计算机和互联网技术应用的一个重要方面己日益引起重视,它有助于提高社会信息化程度,推动政务公开、增加透明度,实现政府工作的规范化和效率化,从政治、经济、文化的各个方面促进社会的发展和进步。目前,电子政务己经成为世界各国国家信息化建设的重要内容。电子政务是借助电子信息技术进行的政务活动,它通过先进生产力来提高政务的处理效率。电子政务平台分为两部分组成,一是政府部门内部通过网络和计算机进行信息共享、实时通讯和网络办公；二是政府部门与广大民众之间通过计算机网络进行交流与互动。合肥市政府多年来积极致力于电子政务平台建设,实现了公文管理、会议通知、即时通讯、文件交换、留言回复等多项功能,是现代网络信息技术在电子政务领域的应用与探索,是电子政务平台价值的具体实现。本文从电子政务的相关概念、我国发展电子政务建设的意义、国外电子政务建设的发展历程与成功经验、合肥市电子政务平台的建设情况、合肥市电子政务建设持续发展需要关注的主要问题等不同视角,较深入地分析了合肥市电子政务建设发展中的若干问题,在理论和实践方面提出了自己的思考、理念和解决办法。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development and widely utilization of the computer and Internet, informatization has influenced the every trade. Nowadays, E-Government affair, as an important aspect of computer and Internet application, arouses more interests. It helps to advance city informatization and make government affairs known to the public. E-Government affair can help government to change and improve its function and make government more efficient. And it can also advance the political, economic and cultural development of the society. Nowadays it has become very important to the construction of national information system in the world.E-government is the electronic information technology by the government, it use the advanced productivity to improve the treatment efficiency of government. E-government system is divided into two parts, one is the government department internal information sharing, real-time communication and office network by the Internet and computer; the other is establish the computer network communication and interaction between the government and the broad masses of the people.The government of Hefei city for many years engaged in the construction of e-government platform, function of the realization of the document management, meeting notice, instant messaging, file exchange, message recovery etc, is the exploration and application of modern information technology in the field of e-government, e-government platform is the realization of the value of. From the different concepts of e-government, meaning of the e-government development in our country, the development process and the successful experience of foreign e-government construction, construction of e-government platform of Hefei, Hefei further development of e-government construction of the main issues of concern perspective, more in-depth analysis of the development of e-government construction in Hefei, a number of issues, put forward my ideas and solutions in theory and practice.更多还原
