【摘要】 改革开放以来,人们的生活水平得到了显著的提高,但随着经济格局发生的重大变化,我国出现了区域经济发展不平衡现象。宁夏是我国西部少数民族聚集地,经济发展相对东部沿海地区长期处于落后位置。因此,缩小宁夏与东部地区的经济差距,巩固民族关系,对于构建社会主义和谐社会具有重要意义。通常区域经济的发展必须依托资源优势,而资源优势和经济优势虽然有着千丝万缕的联系,但二者并不等同。宁夏虽然区域地理面积不大,但潜在的资源优势突出,当然潜在资源优势要形成经济优势还需要一定的条件。本论文综合运用辩证思维和比较分析等研究方法,探寻宁夏资源转化的发展之路。论文是对前人理论研究的整合创新,在研究中吸纳了众多的国内外研究成果,然后结合宁夏资源转化的现实状况,分析如何让资源优势转化为经济优势。论文通过对宁夏优势资源开发和利用现状及存在问题的分析,对比国内外资源优势转化为经济优势的成功经验。最后得出宁夏资源优势转化为经济优势的对策,提升竞争力是资源优势转化为经济优势的核心,发展循环经济是资源优势转化为经济优势的内在要求,加强创新能力是资源优势转化为经济优势的动力,发挥政府作用是资源优势转化为经济优势的保障,完善的市场机制是资源优势转化为经济优势的基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 After china’s reform and opening-up, people’s living standard has been significantly improved. On the contrary, the regional economic development gradually emerged imbalance with the great changes of economic structure in China. Ningxia is a minority enclave in western China. The development of economic has lagged behind the eastern coastal areas for a long time. Narrowing the economic gap and consolidate ethnic relations is important to build a socialist harmonious society. Regional economic development must rely on resources. Even though the resources advantages and economic advantages are closely related, however, the two are not equal. Ningxia is a small geographical area but rich in resources. But transforming potential resources into economic advantages also need some certain conditions. By using dialectical thinking and comparative analysis methods, this paper explores the way of Ningxia resource converted. On the basis of the theory, domestic and international research and the present situation, this paper analyzes how to make the resource advantages into economic advantages.By comparing the domestic and international experience about transforming the resource advantages into economic advantages, this paper analyzes the current situation and problems about the development and utilization of the advantage resources in Ningxia. Finally, this paper proposes countermeasures of conversing resource advantages into economic advantages in Ningxia. To make the resource advantages into economic advantages, its core is to enhance the competitiveness, its inherent requirement is to develop recycling economy, its power is to foster innovation, its security is to exert the government functions and its foundation is to prefect the market mechanisms.更多还原
