【摘要】 办公自动化是将现代化办公和计算机网络功能结合起来的一种新型的办公方式。它利用先进的技术,使人的各种办公业务活动逐步由各种设备、各种人机信息系统来协助完成,达到充分利用信息,提高工作效率和工作质量,提高生产率的目的。思软办公自动化系统在此基础上实现企业的快速运转和交流,进而有效提高企业的办公效率。所开发的办公自动化系统,基于企业本身内部管理及业务发展需求,应用计算机技术,Internet技术,实现企业办公自动化,管理信息化。本文在分析了思软企业的办公自动化需求基础上,设计并实现了办公自动化系统。该系统包括用户登录、个人办公,公共信息,公文管理,消息管理,流程管理,权限管理,组织机构,系统日志的功能。其满足了企业办公信息化管理的基本要求,解决了传统手工操作效率低,出错率高和交互能力差等问题。本文首先介绍了本课题的选题背景,其次对办公自动化系统需要用到的相关技术进行介绍,包括J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL等。然后对系统进行了需求分析和详细设计,在此基础上说明了系统的实现和系统测试情况。最后针对办公自动化系统进行了综合分析和评价,并指明了后续的工作展望。该系统最终实现一个能够满足企业办公网络化,自动化的管理需求,提高企业内部的管理水平的系统。该系统能全面提升企业在市场的综合竞争力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Office automation is a new way of office which combines with a modern office and computer networks function. It utilizes advanced technology, makes various official working operational activities of people’s help to finish by various apparatus, various man-machine information systems progressively, reach the purpose of fully utilize information, improve working efficiency and work quality, and boost productivity. Sram Office Automation System completes the rapid operation of the enterprise and exchange, thus effectively improving office efficiency.The developed Office Automation System is based on enterprise internal management and business development demand, it applys the computer technology and Internet technology, realizes enterprise’s office automation and management information. System has been designed and implemented which was based on the analysis of the enterprise office automation. The system includes user login, personal office, public information, document management, message management, organization, and system log function modules which satisfy the needs of information management in the enterprise and solve the problems of low efficiency of traditional manual operation, the high error rate and poor interaction ability.The dissertation firstly introduced the background of the project. Secondly, it introduced the related technologies including J2EE, Struts, Spring, Hibernate, MySQL, etc. The requirement analysis and the detailed design came the third with the implementation and testing of the system. Finally, assessment of the system and some possible improvements and future works were presented.This system can satisfy the enterprise’s work network and the automated management demand, raises the enterprise internal management level, then promotes the enterprise of comprehensive competitive power in the market.更多还原
