【摘要】 随着中国经济的发展,综合国力的不断提升,在世界上话语权与影响力也迅速增长,中国更广泛、更频繁的参与国际事务且多次发挥建设性作用,引起国际社会极大关注：中国在未来世界格局中将办演何种角色,以何种方式发挥作用?中国的持续壮大会不会引发新一轮的冷战,从而成为世界不稳定的因素?国际社会特别是发达资本主义国家担心中国的复兴会破坏现有国际体系,强大的中国会给世界带来威胁,捏造“中国威胁论”。为此,中国必须展现负责任大国的形象,庄严的向世界宣告对内“走和平发展道路”,对外实行“和平外交政策”,只有制定与中国国情相适应,符合社会发展规律的对外政策,并且坚定不移地执行、实践,才能以事实说话,从根本上打消国际社会的疑虑,击毁“中国威胁论”。2005年9月,胡锦涛主席在联合国成立60周年首脑大会上做出题为《努力建立持久和平、共同繁荣的和谐世界》的讲话,这是中国最高领导人首次在国际最高权威机构做出的庄重承诺——中国坚持以“和谐世界”理念为核心,坚持走和平外交道路。这是洞析世界主要矛盾及发展趋势,总结中国自身发展经历及现阶段国情,对这两个大局的宏观把握基础上提出的。中国共产党新时期和平外交思想是科学的世界观与方法论,必将展现其强大的生命力。本文共分为四章。引言主要说明论文题目的由来。第一章主要阐述对本课题进行研究的理论基础。对相关概念进行界定,明确提出中国共产党新时期和平外交思想的理论来源。第二章主要阐述了新时期和平外交思想提出的背景。包括国际背景与国内背景两大方面。主要是对时代主题的分析和中国快速发展取得的重大成就。第三章主要阐述中国共产党新时期和平外交思想具有的重大意义。系统总结理论意义和实践意义,各包含三点。第四章主要阐述中国共产党新时期和平外交思想如何实现的问题。包括构建的原则、内容和具体措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 The competitive strength of China is increasing rapidly with the rising of the Chinese economy, which directly leads the increasing of the influences of China in the world range. The international communities also pay great concern on China as Chinese government play a constructive role in many international affairs. Some western countries are worried about the much more importance position of China played in the international affairs the much more possible rate that the world pattern will be reconstructed. Some voices which talked about’Chinese Threaten’are talking in some western countries. While, for China, the measures to treat with this kind of voices are, show the image of a responsible country and executing peaceful development strategy.In September of2005, Chinese president, Hu Jintao presented in the UN’s top headers’conversation, in which was promised that Chinese will execute the peaceful diplomacy strategy.There are four chapters in this article, The introduction mainly explain the origin of the topic of the thesis.The second chapter is about the background of Chinese diplomacy which include international environment, including international background and domestic background two big aspects. such as USA’s Asia-Pacific strategy which influence the strategy of China in the South China Sea. Basically, a peaceful international environment will help China develop its economy and build the’Harmonious Society’In the third chapter, the meaning of the Chinese peaceful diplomacy was introduced. Generally, this diplomacy is the extending of the Marxist theory of international relations, it helps China builds a peaceful international image, and also as one of the biggest country, the peaceful diplomacy will help China lead the world builds new order.In the last chapter, the measures that support China to execute this peaceful strategy were introduced which include the principle of Chinese peaceful, and the specific policy for different situation.更多还原
