【摘要】 随着城市经济的发展和城市化进程的加快,城市交通问题成为了城市发展的重要问题。城市公交是城市基础设施建设的重要组成部分,是体现一个城市综合发展能力和现代化水平的重要标志,公交的优先发展对于城市建设和社会经济发展具有十分重要的作用。从我国城市现状看,公共交通优先发展是解决城市交通问题的有效方法,但公共交通优先发展还存在不少问题,本文通过文献查阅和实地访谈的研究方法,从优先发展城市公共交通的理论基础入手,借鉴国外公交优先的优秀实例,深入探究优先发展城市公共交通中认识不足,道路优先权、配套政策等一系列问题。针对我国优先发展城市公共交通的制约因素,在吸收国内外许多学者研究成果的基础上,借鉴国外公交优先的发展策略,进而提出通过树立“公交优先,公交优秀”的理念、建立公共交通道路优先使用权的保障机制和加快建立配套政策机制等措施来解决制约公交优先发展中存在的问题。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the economic development of cities and acceleration of urbanization, urban traffic is becoming a big problem. Urban public transport is an important urban infrastructure component.
