约束变胞机构等效阻力梯度分析方法

【摘要】 变胞机构是机构学研究的一个新的领域,它的提出给机构学带来了新鲜空气。通过约束实现变胞全过程的实用变胞机构,要求对应工作构态中的变胞运动副提供相应的约束,实现机构在工作过程中构型的转换、保持和运动时序要求。我们有必要对面向变胞全过程中变胞运动副的阻力之间的关系进行研究,设计实用的变胞机构,本文的主要研究内容包括:首先,介绍约束变胞运动副的约束形式主要包括:几何约束,阻力约束、组合约束;对约束变胞运动副进行分类,根据约束形式分为几何约束变胞运动副、阻力约束变胞运动副和组合约束变胞运动副;设计典型移动和转动变胞运动副的结构,描绘不同类型变胞运动副的阻力特性。在此基础上介绍典型的空间变胞副,并且描绘它的阻力特性。其次,分析约束变胞机构的变胞全过程,用运动循环图表示构态变换中约束变胞运动副的切换过程,分析变胞运动副在构态变换过程中是如何等效的,建立等效阻力梯度模型和调控机理,用等效阻力梯度曲线描述构态变换过程中变胞运动副的等效过程。最后,分析基于扩展Assur杆组变胞机构的组成原理,提出一种变胞机构分析方法,在构态保持过程中将扩展Assur杆组等效成Assur杆组,对机构进行动力学和运动学分析。引用Assur杆组的动态静力分析,提出一种面向变胞全过程的变胞运动副约束力的分析方法,用vc++6.0调用基本杆组程序对面向变胞全过程的变胞运动副进行设计。根据等效阻力梯度模型和面向变胞全过程的变胞运动副的设计原理,设计物料运送机构,设计约束变胞运动副之间的阻力特性,建立三维模型进行运动学仿真,验证约束变胞运动副之间等效阻力梯度关系,验证方法的可行性。

【Abstract】 Metamorphic mechanism is a new field of mechanism research, which has brought mechanism new idea. It achieves practical metamorphic mechanism of metamorphic process through constraint, and requires that metamorphic joint in corresponding work configuration provides corresponding constraint to achieve configuration transforming, keeping and movement timing requirements when mechanism works. It is necessary to research the relationship between the resistance of the metamorphic joint oriented metamorphic process, and design practical metamorphic mechanism. In this paper the main contents include:At first:the author introduces the constraint form of limited metamorphic joint which mainly includes that:geometric constraint, resistance constraint and Combination constraint; according to the constrained forms, the metamorphic joint is classified into geometric limited metamorphic joint, resistance constraints metamorphic joint and combination constraints metamorphic joint; the structure of typical sliding and revolute metamorphic joint is designed, and resistance characteristics of different types of metamorphic joint is depicted. On this basis, the author introduces typical space metamorphic joint, and depicts its resistance characteristic in the paper.Second:in the paper the author analyzes metamorphic process of limited metamorphic mechanism, and uses motion cycle chart to represent the switching process of limited metamorphic joint in configuration transform, studying that how metamorphic joint is equivalent in the process of configuration transform. The author also proposes equivalent resistance gradient model and regulatory mechanism, using equivalent resistance gradient curve to depict equivalent of metamorphic joint in the process of configuration transform.At last:in this paper the composition principle of metamorphic mechanism is analyzed based on augmented Assur groups, and the analytical methods of metamorphic joint is put forward, In the process of configuration keeping augmented Assur groups are made equivalent to Assur groups, and kinetic and kinematics analysis to mechanism are made. The author uses vc++6.0to design metamorphic joint of oriented metamorphic process through calling basic rod groups program, quoting dynamic static analysis of Assur groups to propose design method of typical metamorphic joint resistance characteristics oriented metamorphic process. According to metamorphic joint design principles of equivalent resistance gradient model and oriented metamorphic process, the author tries to design material transport agencies and resistance characteristics between limited metamorphic joint, while establishing a three-dimensional model to make kinematics simulation to verify equivalent resistance gradient relationship between limited metamorphic joint and feasibility of the methods.
