某型号机枪连发射击动力学分析与稳定性研究

【摘要】 本文介绍了通用机枪的历史和发展情况,并以5.8mm通用机枪为研究对象介绍了工作原理。建立人体动力学模型,在能够描述人体内部运动关系的前提下,将人体模型进行简化,分别赋予人体各部分质量属性和添加关节约束,为研究人枪作用对机枪动力学特性的影响做准备。在自动武器气体动力学和内弹道学的理论基础上,提出相关假设并建立火药气体压力求解数学模型。利用Matlab软件对所建立的方程组进行数值计算,得到内弹道、后效期与导气室气体压力随时间变化的规律。建立人枪系统刚柔耦合模型,运用Adams动力学软件对人枪系统动力学模型进行仿真分析,研究机枪射击过程中各部件的动力学特性和人体的响应情况,评估机枪射击过程中各部件动力学特性的合理性。通过对通用机枪轻机枪状态下仿真结果的研究,探究机枪射击过程中跳动产生的原因,并引入射击相对稳定性概念,提出了一种结构改进方案,重新计算新结构下的内弹道、后效期和导气室气体压力曲线。对结构改进后的动力学模型进行仿真分析,并证实该机枪符合射击相对稳定性要求,为提高机枪射击稳定性寻求了一种有效途径。

【Abstract】 This article introduced the history and development of universal machine gun and studied the operational principle of5.8mm universal machine gun. Human dynamic model which can describe the relations of body interior movement was built. The simple body was given mass and joint constraints which can provide the preparation for the study of machine gun.Gunpowder gas pressure was obtained which solved the mathematical model based on pneumodynamics and interior ballistics. Breech pressure and gas chamber pressure changing with time could be obtained based on the numerical calculation of MatLab.Simulation analysis by using Adams software was obtained based on man-gun system rigid-flexible coupling model. Thus, dynamic characteristic of gun components and response to body could be obtained while shooting.Then structure improvement plan was put forward based on exploring the cause of bounce and introducing the concept of relative stability and breech pressure and gas champer pressure were recalculated. Then the improved model was simulated to prove the relative stability while shooting at this condition which can provide an effective way for improving stability of machine gun.
