基于EtherCAT工业以太网的现场控制系统主站设计与应用研究

【摘要】 随着网络技术的飞速发展和以工业以太网为典型的新型现场总线技术的迅速蔓延为生产自动控制网络化奠定了基础。其中基于EtherCAT的工业以太网总线以其网络拓扑结构灵活、系统配置简单、数据传输高速高效,以及实现成本低廉等特点成为当今和未来工业以太网技术发展的方向。开展基于EtherCAT,总线相关接口技术的研究开发,对于提升我国工业自动化水平具有重要的现实意义。本论文以基于EtherCAT工业以太网现场控制系统为研究背景,重点研究EtherCAT总线协议,主站控制系统架构,软硬件设计和系统测试方法等几个方面。本文首先对工业以太网的研究现状和发展情况进行介绍,阐述了工业以太网和EtherCAT,总线的工作原理,并深入分析了EtherCAT,总线协议。接着,详细分析系统的总体结构,将EtherCAT工业以太网与ARM嵌入式技术相结合,提出了基于EtherCAT主站系统的硬件设计方案,对主站电路原理图的各个功能单元关键技术和设计进行详细的论述,并最终完成了主站系统的PCB局布线设计。在硬件设计过程中增加了EMC方面的设计,提高了系统性能的稳定性。然后,提出了基于Linux操作系统的实时控制系统的架构,详细阐述EtherCAT主站系统软件方面设计,介绍软件系统的开发平台和系统结构。分析了EtherCAT主站与从站之间通讯的实现机理,通过对应用层模块进行开发,完成系统的软件设计。最后,在软硬件完成的基础上搭建测试平台,选用BECKHOFF公司所生产的EtherCAT,总线耦合器BK1120和I/O模块(KL2809、KL1809)组成从站系统,与本课题所设计的EtherCAT的主站模块组成整套系统,并进行测试和结果分析。最终实验结果表明:EtherCAT主站软硬件设计符合设计要求。

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of network technology, the rapid spread of industrial Ethernet as new typical fieldbus technology has created conditions for networkization of the industrial automation control systems. EtherCAT bus Which is based on industrial Ethernet with its flexible network topology structure,simple system configuration,high-speed data transmission,efficient and low cost characteristics has become the direction of the current and future development of industrial real-time Ethernet technology. To carry out research and development of interface technology and related products based on EtherCAT bus has important practical significance for enhancing the level of China’s industrial automation.This thesis is under the background of EtherCAT-based Industrial Ethernet field control system, focus on researching EtherCAT bus protocol, master control system architecture, hardware and software designing and system testing methods.Firstly, this thesis introduces the research status and development of Industrial Ethernet. It elaborates the working principle of industrial Ethernet and EtherCAT bus,and analyse the EtherCAT bus protocol deeply.Then, this thesis analyse the overall structure of the system detailly.It combines the EtherCAT Industrial Ethernet technology with the Embedded ARM technology,and proposeds hardware design scheme based on EtherCAT master system. In this part,it discusses detailly about the key technologies and design of ecah functional unit of the master circuit diagram.,and it completes the pcb layout design finally.EMC design is increased in the hardware design process in terms of improving the stability of the system performance.After that, in this part,it proposes a architecture of real-time control system based on Linux operating system.It introduces software systems development platform and system architecture,and it analyse the realization mechanism of the communication from the EtherCAT master station to the slave station. Through developing the application layer module, system software design has been completed.At last, setting up test platform on the basis of completed desing of hardware and software. Chosing the EtherCAT Bus Coupler BK1120and I/O modules (KL2809, KL1809) produced by the company of BECKHOFF as slave system, and with the EtherCAT master designed by this thesis to set up the test platform and then executing test and analyzing result. Final result shows that:the EtherCAT master’s solutions meet the design requirements.
