一种新型无链供弹系统的动态性能分析

【摘要】 本文以某重点预研项目为研究背景,以某新型采用整装发射模块为供弹单元的供弹系统为研究对象,采用理论仿真分析与试验相结合的方式,对新型供弹系统机构运动原理及机构动态特性进行了研究。论文首先对新型供弹系统原理方案及逻辑功能进行介绍,在此基础上对系统机构运动学特性及发射模块的运动姿态进行分析,并进行了其中核心关键零部件的设计与分析。利用键合图理论建立了新型供弹系统的机构运动动力学特性仿真分析模型并结合虚拟样机技术建立新型供弹系统虚拟样机,对系统的动力学特性进行仿真分析研究,包括拨弹机构、旋转机构及凸轮进弹机构运动的动态特性。获得了机构运动过程中拨弹臂、挡弹板及旋转齿弧等关键零部件所受载荷参数,利用有限元法对其进行刚强度分析,根据刚强度分析的结果,对关键零部件进行改进设计。该新型供弹系统的原理样机已经进行试验验证,论文分析结果与试验结果相一致,论文研究结果对该类型供弹装置的设计与分析具有一定参考价值。
【Abstract】 A new type linkless feed system used in artillery has been researched in this paper. It uses packaged fire module as feeding unit and is based on a key pre-research project. This paper has researched the principle of mechanism motion and dynamic characteristic of the new type linkless feed system in the method of theoretical simulation analysis and experimental verification.This paper has introduced the basic theory and logic function of the linkless feed system firstly, then analyzed the motion characteristic of mechanism and the motion pose of fire module during the function period. This paper also has designed and analyzed some key component. Paper has also built the mechanism motion dynamic characteristic model by bond graph theory and virtual prototype machine through virtual prototype theory to analysis the dynamic characteristic mainly including the dynamic characteristic of reload mechanism, revolute mechanism and cam mechanism. And the paper has gained main load parameters about ram arm, stopping board, rotating arc tooth and so on. This paper has used finite element method to analysis the rigidity and intensity. And this paper has improved some components according that result.The principle sample machine of the new type feed system has been tested. The result of testing and paper analysis is same. And the result of paper has some reference value for designing and analyzing of the new type feed system.
