sasobit温拌改性沥青及其混合料性能研究

【摘要】 道路工程中大部分均采用热拌沥青混合料HMA(Hot Mixture Asphalt)的形式进行铺筑,HMA在铺筑的时候一般要把沥青加热到150℃~180℃左右,将沥青混合料加热到如此高的温度,势必会造成沥青老化以及能源和环境的问题,同时也危害施工人员以及周围居民的身体健康,为了弥补HMA的不足,温拌沥青混合料WMA(Warm Mix Asphalt)就应运而生了。WMA要求混合料的路用性能接近或达到热拌沥青混合料的前提下,尽量降低混合料的拌和温度,从而减少沥青老化以及有害气体的排放。本文通过对基质沥青以及Sasobit减粘剂的化学分析,研究其降粘机理。通过对掺入Sasobit减粘剂后的沥青的各项指标进行测试,结果表明Sasobit可以有效的降低沥青的高温粘度,改性沥青的流变性能也得到改善。通过对温拌沥青混合料压实温度的测试,与热拌沥青混合料相比,可以降低其拌合温度20-25℃。最后对Sasobit改性沥青混合料的高低温性能、水稳定性以及抗老化性能等进行了试验分析,结果表明Sasobit改性沥青混合料对温拌沥青混合料的水稳定性和低温性能的改善效果并不明显,但可以明显提高温拌沥青的高温性能,增强沥青路面的抗车辙性能。通过加入Sasobit能够有效的降低沥青混合料的拌合温度,实现沥青混合料的温拌,达到节能及环保的目的。同时,在不同沥青中添加Sasobit的性能测试说明Sasobit的适用范围较广

【Abstract】 Most of the road works are made of hot-mix asphalt mixes HMA (Hot Mixture Asphalt)in the form of paving, HMA ingeneral should paved asphalt heated to about150℃~180℃,the asphalt mixture heated to such a high temperature, is bound to cause aging asphalt as well as energy and environmental issues, also endanger construction workers as well as around the health of the residents, in order to make up forthe lack of the HMA, warm mix asphalt mixes WMA(Warm mix asphalt) came into being, WMA asphalt mixture properties at or near the hotmix asphalt pavement performance under the premise, as far as possible to reduce the temperature of the mixture mixing, thereby reducing asphalt aging and harmful gas emissions.In this paper, asphalt temperature by mixing the low melting point Sasobit viscosity reducing agent to reduce the viscosity of bitumen preparation techniques were studied, through asphalt and Sasobit chemical analysis, to study the viscosity reduction mechanism, through the incorporation Sasobit viscosity reducing agentasphalt indicators test results show that Sasobit can effectively reduce the high temperature viscosity of the asphalt, the rheological properties of the modified asphalt has also been improved by warm mix asphalt mixture compaction temperature test, with HMAmaterial can reduce the mixing temperature20to25℃on the Sasobit modified asphalt mixture of high and low temperature performance, water stability and aging properties are analyzed experimentally, the results show that Sasobit modified asphalt mixture can improve the temperaturemix asphalt high temperature performance, improve the rut resistance of asphalt pavement, but then warm mix asphalt mixture has little effect on water stability and low temperature performance.Effectively reduce the mixing temperature of the asphalt mixture can join the Sasobit, to improve their road performance of warm mix asphalt mixture to achieve the purpose of environmental protection and energy saving; same time, to add the performance testing Sasobit Description Sasobit of the asphalt scope of wider.
