荧光示踪型缓蚀阻垢剂的合成及其性能评价

【摘要】 本文合成了一系列水溶性荧光示踪型季铵盐单体:N,N-((9,10-二氢苯并吡喃并[8,7-e][1,3]恶嗪-2(8H)-酮-9,10-基)二甲基)-N,N-甲基异丙烯基-1-溴化铵(DMMZAB),N,N-((9,10-二氢苯并吡喃并[8,7-e][1,3]恶嗪-2(8H)-酮-9,10-基)二甲基)-N,N-乙基异丙烯基-1-溴化铵(DMEZAB),N-((7-羟基-2-氧杂-2H-苯并吡喃-8-基)甲基)-N,N-二甲基异丙烯基-1-溴化铵。产物用红外、核磁和紫外进行了结构谱图鉴定,并进行了最佳合成条件优化探索。上述荧光单体分别与天冬氨酸共聚得到DMMZAB-PASP, DMEZAB-PASP和MDMZAB-PASP,并进行了聚合适宜反应条件优化探索。产物用红外进行结构谱图鉴定,用粘度法测定法测定其粘均分子量,并用静态阻垢法对其阻垢性能作出评价。利用失重法和电化学法(阻抗谱图和极化曲线)对季铵盐单体和聚合物缓蚀剂在盐酸介质环境中对碳钢的缓蚀性能进行了探究。结果表明此类季铵盐单体和缓蚀剂在1mol/L盐酸溶液中是一种很有效的缓蚀剂,聚合物缓蚀剂缓蚀效率在添加浓度仅为800mg/L时就可达到90%以上。该类季铵盐和聚合物缓蚀剂在碳钢表面的吸附遵循朗缪尔等温吸附线曲线。表面活化能(Ea)表明该类季铵盐缓蚀剂属于化学吸附而同时聚合物缓蚀剂则是化学和物理吸附皆有。标准活化能(△Gads0)数值表明该类季铵盐和聚合物缓蚀过程中的吸附均是自发过程。该类季铵盐和聚合物由极化曲线结果证明均是混合型缓蚀剂,而由阻抗谱图证明是吸附型缓蚀剂,且吸附膜较厚。因此可预见该类聚合物是一种前景广阔的缓蚀剂。最后,对聚合物缓蚀剂荧光示踪应用进行了一定的论证。该结果表明,此类缓蚀剂拥有良好的荧光性能。本文进行了该类缓蚀剂荧光强度与不同浓度的关系研究,线性关系显示良好。
【Abstract】 In this dissertation, a series of water soluble fluorescent quaternary ammonium salt monomers, N,N-((benzopyrano[8,7-e][1,3]oxazin-2(8H)-one-9,10-yl)dimethyl)-N,N-methyl prop-1-aminium bromide(DMMZAB), N,N-((benzopyrano[8,7-e][1,3]oxazin-2(8H)-one-9,10-yl)dimethyl)-N,N-ethylprop-l-aminium bromide(DMEZAB) and N-((7-hydroxy-2-oxo-2H-chromen-8-yl)methyl)-N,N-dimethylprop-2-en-1-aminium bromide (MDMZAB), were synthesized. The structure of product was characterized by FT-IR,’HNMR and UV. The optimum reaction conditions were obtained by experiments.DMMZAB-PASP, DMEZAB-PASP and MDMZAB-PASP were prepared by copolymerization of fluorescence monomers with aspartic acid, respectively. The copolymerization rules was studied and the optimized conditions were obtained. The structure of product was characterized by FT-IR, the viscosity-average molecular weight was measured by viscometry, scale inhibition performance was analyzed by static anti-scaling method.A research has been made on the inhibition effect of quaternary ammonium salt monomer and polymer corrosion inhibitor on the mild steel corrosion in molar hydrochloric acid was investigated using weight loss, electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS) and polarization techniques. The results show that the polymers are effective inhibitor for mild steel corrosion in1M HC1solutions and inhibition efficiency are>90%at inhibitor concentration of800mg/L. Adsorption of the inhibitor on the mild steel surface followed Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The activation (Ea) energy of the corrosion inhibition process suggest that the quaternary ammonium salt molecules are physically adsorbed on the metal surface while polymer corrosion inhibitor adsorb chemically as well as physically. And the value of free energy of adsorption (△Gads0) indicated that adsorption of inhibitor molecules is a spontaneous process. Polarization studies showed that inhibitor are a mixed-type inhibitor. Impedance spectra showed that adsorption type corrosion inhibitor, protective film of high coverage. The polymers were found to be an excellent potential corrosion inhibitor.Finally, the polymer inhibitor fluorescent tracer application was demonstrated. The monomers have stronger fluorescence properties. The change tendency of fluorescence intensity of the monomers were studied under different concentration. And the relationship of linearities between the fluorescence and concentration are well.
