【摘要】 高速公路运营管理是一个包含建设、收费、养护、路政、内部管控、服务区、广告等多种内容的综合体系。在我国,各个省份结合各自经济体制、水平的实际情况,选择了不同的运营管理模式。然而,在发展过程中都遭遇了不少问题和瓶颈,亟待破解难题、优化管理模式。本文在简要介绍江西省高速公路发展脉络、运营管理模式历史演变的基础上,简要概括了现行模式的基本特征作,并深入分析了模式存在的问题和产生的原因。同时,通过研究比较国外高速公路运营管理模式,特别是以美国、日本、法国为代表的发达国家高速公路运营管理模式,从中得到启示。在此基础上,通过运用所学公共产品理论、规模经济理论、服务营销理念和价值链理论等相关理论,对于推进江西高速公路运营管理模式提出优化建议,以期增强高速公路运营企业核心竞争能力,推动江西省高速公路事业健康发展和交通运输体系的不断优化完善。本文作者根据所学现代管理有关理论,并结合发达国家高速公路运营管理的经验和做法,在分析江西高速公路运营管理模式存在的问题原因的基础上,提出了优化的意见建议。由于本课题内涵丰富、比较繁杂,加之作者的水平有限,课题的研究有待进一步深化,以适应不断发展变化的形势和要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 The operation management of expressway includes toll management, maintaining management, supplementary operation, investing&financing, internal management, etc.is a complicated system. There are several of modes in expressway operation management because of the economic development level,different investing&financing structure, management structure and operation ideas of expressway in different provinces in China. How to choose efficient and appropriate operation management mode is the problem for all of the expressway enterprises.Firstly, I will introduce briefly about the development of Jiangxi expressway, operation management mode history and the basic characteristics of the operation management mode. Secondly, I will analyze the cause and current problem of the mode. Furthermore, I gain the inspiration through analyzing the foreign expressway operation management modes, especially the modes in some developed countries, like the USA, Japan and France. Based on the analysis, I will propose some optimization suggestions to improve the operation management mode of Jiangxi expressway, enhance the core competitive of Expressway Operation Company, and push Jiangxi expressway forward to be healthy and modernized, by using the public goods theory, economies of Scale Theory, service marketing theory and Value Chain Theory.According to pertinent method in Modern Management and developed countries’highway management experiences, and based on the analysis of reason leading highway operation method deficiency in Jiangxi Province, this paper provides optimized proposal.
