麻杏石甘汤加味治疗慢性鼻窦炎的近期临床疗效观察

【摘要】 目的对慢性鼻窦炎患者运用麻杏石甘汤加味进行治疗,观察患者临床症状、体征改善程度,并与阳性药物组进行对照,评价麻杏石甘汤加味的疗效,并进一步探讨其机理。方法按照诊断、纳入及排除标准,采用简单随机分组的研究方法,将符合标准的60例分为麻杏石甘汤加味组(30例)和鼻炎舒口服液阳性对照组(30例)。治疗组予以麻杏石甘汤加味口服,对照组予以鼻炎舒口服液口服,定期观察患者局部症状、体征变化的影响,填写病例观察表。结果两组患者治疗前性别、年龄、病程及病情等一般资料差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。治疗组与对照组临床疗效结果显示：①两组症状积分比较,治疗前两组组间症状总分比较经t检验,无统计学意义(P>0.05),具有可比性。②治疗2周后治疗组、对照组总有效率分别为72.41%、86.67%,两组疗效经秩和检验,两组差异有统计学意义(Z=2.033.,P=0.042<0.05)结论1.本研究结果表明,麻杏石甘汤加味治疗慢性鼻窦炎,对缓解鼻塞、脓鼻涕症状有一定作用,能改善患者体征、控制患者症状,有一定的临床疗效,但还需大样本、高质量的研究。2.实验结果显示,治疗慢性鼻窦炎,鼻炎舒口服液的疗效明显优于麻杏石甘汤加味。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:On chronic rhinosinusitis patients by Maxing Shigan decoction treatment, clinical symptoms, physical signs of improvement, and compared with the positive drug group, evaluation of curative effect of Maxingshigan decoction, and further explore the mechanism of.Methods:According to the diagnostic, inclusion and exclusion criteria, by using the method of simple random grouping, the standard of60cases were divided into Maxingshigan Decoction group (30cases) and sinusitis oral liquid of positive control group (30cases). The treatment group was given Maxingshigan decoction, the control group in addition to the basic medication not do other processing, regular nasal endoscopy, to observe the effect of nasal symptoms, patients with signs of change, fill in the case observation table.Results:Two groups of patients before treatment, gender, age, disease course and general data such as no significant difference (P>0.05), with comparable. The treatment group and the control group clinical results showed:①comparison of two groups of symptoms before treatment, two groups were compared by t test symptom score, no statistical significance (P>0.05), with comparable. After2weeks of treatment, the treatment group and the control group, the total efficiency was72.41%,86.67%, two groups of curative effects by rank sum test, there was significant difference between two groups (Z=2.033, P=0.042<0.05).Conclusion:1. the results of the study show that, Maxing Shigan Decoction Treatment of chronic sinusitis, have certain effect to relieve nasal congestion, purulent nasal symptoms, can improve the symptoms of patients with signs, control, have certain curative effect, but also need to study large sample, high quality.2. experimental results show, the treatment of chronic sinusitis, effect of rhinitis Shu oral liquid was obviously better than that of Maxingshigan decoction.更多还原
